They appeared to be very reputable. They are very professional so far and we are happy with their response.

The job went smoothly and as described to me. Everyone was professional and neatly cleaned up at the end of each day.

They called several times to confirm appointment for estimate, they were very nice on the phone The person who showed up for the estimate had a negative attitude. Most of what we wanted done he said he could not do such as specific backsplash, we wanted to pick our granite from a yard, specific cabinets we wanted they could not do he said. The worst part was the estimate price. It was $5000 more than anyone else. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs to compare he could not provide one. He literally just picked a number out of his head. I confirmed this by asking how many square feet of granite we needed and how much per square foot we were paying. He had no clue. We went with Atlantic Stone Works. They gave a full breakdown, reasonable price, were positive and courteous throughout the process. Kitchen Magic is a ripoff.

Kitchen Magic confirmed this appointment three different times during the week leading up to our appointment. The representative was supposed to be here at 5:30PM. At 4PM we received a phone call saying that the representative was going to be about there between 6PM-6:30PM. They were apologetic and while we were annoyed we were still interested in having them estimate our remodel. 6PM came and went, 6:30Pm came and went. At 6:45PM the representative called and said he was still about 40 miles away so he would not be there for at least an hour. We told him not to bother, this was a complete waste of our time.

They were called to do a repair and polishing on existing solid surface counter top with molded in sink. I was told they can do the job, would come by to give me an estimate and call to confirm that appointment. They called for the confirmation but during the conversation was now told they do not provide the service that I needed.

Very well. The sales person, Joe, was the best salesman I have ever met. He handled all my questions and problems prior to the job being done. He handled it very professionally and I give him credit. The only difficulty I found, that was during the job, I was under the impression that only one person would be in charge of the job and on site at all times. That was not the case. When that person left, and another person came for the job, I called the company and said that I was dissatisfied with that part. They addressed the problem, and I was still very satisfied with the workmanship. They did a very good job. A follow up service request was handled well.

This company is the epitome of unprofessional -- after making an appointment on their website, and then twice over the phone (each time no one at their company could find the information I had previously given them), they never showed up to the appointment. It was a complete waste of my time.

I contacted the company, and the response was friendly, the representative came over to my apartment and gave me an estimate of what was to be done and the price. I thought the job was pricey, anyway, I went along with the price offered. I used the $500 dollar coupon from their website, and received a reduction on the total cost of the project. Another fellow came by the apartment, took measurements, and removed the sink, which he took with him. On the final day of the project, the new Corian countertop was installed, I was pleased with the overall quality and professionalism coming from Kitchen Magic. Kitchen Magic is top notch.

Overall, I would recommend the Courion counters as non-porous, elegant, and better quality. I went with laminate instead of wood. I cannot tell the difference but I think for home resale value, wood is best.

They quality of the work was good. I was happy with the job.

The sales consultant was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and most of all not pushey. He gave us some great information and advice but the cost was outrageous!! The price given to resurface our cabinets was for the least expensive doors, corian countertops, full backsplash, sink and hardware and was more than double the estimates we have received. By the way, the price given to us included a 40% discount off of the countertops that we received from the Home Show we attended. Perhaps a little marking up to mark down??

Kitchen magic came over to give us a quote to reface about 17 kitchen cabinets, install cabinet moldings and replace countertops. Their estimate was $33,000!!!! I basically laughed the guy out of my house. My estimate from a local kitchen designer was less than half that price!! The sample doors and paint looked cheap and the fake wood grain look on the composite doors was very tacky. The sales person was punctual, respectful and seemed like a nice guy overall, but the product is WAY over priced. Plus the whole sales pitch reminded me of sitting through a timeshare presentation... We were more curious about refacing than anything...to me its like putting lipstick on a pig... UPDATE: I just changed the professionalism grade to an F because the company lied in their response. Their price was absolutely that high...and it looked like garbage!!

The thing that my husband likes best is that they are taking charge of the whole project. They were very kind and we liked them. Their price is high but because of them taking the responsibility, we feel that it is worth it.

The job went very well and we were amazed at how the resurface cabinets looked like new cabinets. The door and drawer fronts were very good quality wood. The service people were excellent and performed outstanding work. We had an issue with the countertop alignment and cut for one counter top area and the raise surface on the island and they resolved it without hassle and quickly. We are very pleased with the look of our new kitchen cabinets and counter tops; we were also very happy with the option to replace our door with drawers - it made the space much more usable. The service people also worked well with our other contractors who did the electric, tiling and plumbing and helped the whole remodel go smoothly. They also provided a large can of stain to match our cabinets that I used to stain unfinished kitchen stools for the island. We have had some issues where the door alignment needed fixing and the trash bin did not close properly. All maintenance requests were handled quickly and we were satisfied with the results. Note: It has been almost 3 years since the remodel and the laminate has held up with no issues - still looks as good as it did when it was first installed.

On time to every appointment. handled all our needs. Actual construction starts in jany and i will expand this review.

The salesperson who initially came to our home to consult with us failed to provide valuable information. Work provided was satisfactory. There were issues that arose due to wrong measurements being taken. However, Kitchen Magic always to proper action to fix the error. The customer support was excellent, but the workmanship and quality of the installer varied (we used a total of 3). In the future installers should take better care and show more respect to the home they work in. I had refinished my floor installers failed to properly protect it from damages. I did not report the damage to kitchen magic but I just felt that there employees should be more careful and take the time and effort to properly protect their working area. Kitchen does, however, look very nice.

I called Kitchen Magic for an estimate for a bathrooom renovation. They came on time. were professional, courteous and informative, but I did not go with them for 2 reasons : very limited choice (basically they only offer fake stone and sinks way too bulky for my small bathroom), and price which was higher that my budget.

Working with Joe DeLuca, our salesman, was a dream. He was very patient and knew his products well. Kitchen Magic deliveries were received on time. The quality of the new cabinet doors is top notch, and the new drawers and cabinets that were installed are very nice. The only slight problem we had was with the crew that was assigned to resurface the outside of the cabinets and then install the new doors/drawers. They worked some extended days (meaning they started at 8am but didn't leave until 9 or 10pm) due to personal problems that needed to be taken care of--but they didn't clear it with us first, they just announced that this would be their schedule. Overall, though, Kitchen Magic gave us the beautiful new kitchen that we never thought would be possible, since our "old" kitchen was in pretty bad shape.

We wanted to have the cabinets refaced, due to some damage. Jill Moskowitz ( 800-237-0799) from Kitchen Magic came to show us samples, and take measurements for the estimate. She was wonderful, helpful in deciding what we wanted, she was not pushy, very insightful and knowledgeable. It was like having a personal decorator's help. After receiving 3 other estimates from very pushy and extremely high priced companies, we decided to go with Kitchen magic. They had refaced our cabinets 10 years earlier and we were happy with their work. Once we gave them them the okay to start, we waited for the phone call telling us when the work would be done. We were very pleasantly surprised, when the call came. We were informed that because they had done the work 10 years earlier, all the damages were covered under the "Lifetime Guarantee". We had forgotten all about it. We would only have to pay for the labor. This was substantially less than we expected to pay. When Ken came to take measurements we were so impressed with his knowledge of just about everything to do with remodeling. He was incredibly helpful in many ways, not just regarding the cabinets. He was wonderful. We decided to take the money we saved and add some additional work, like replacing drawers and adding a shelf over the new Microwave.The carpenter Vladimir did exceptional work, he was clean and was all done in the time that was promised. We were very happy with Kitchen Magic and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a responsible company that stands by their work. I'm looking forward to redoing the bathroom next year.

It went like all renovation jobs - smooth- than unexpected rough- then a sigh and a smile when it was done. Be prepared to be without home cooked food for longer than planned.

I have a lovely kitchen, but all the cabinets desperately need to be refaced. We don't have a budget to remodel, so we are looking to just to replace/refinish the cabinets. I thought Kitchen Magic would be the perfect solution for us, especially because of the good reviews on Angie's List. HOWEVER, they refuse to provide even a consultation without my husband being present. My husband works long hours and travels a lot. Kitchen Magic is insulting to my intelligence and my integrity. I totally understand and respect that they would want my husband's agreement - and sign-off - on a FINAL project decision, but for a CONSULTATION?? Come on!!! In our home, I do most of the "footwork" where I use my intelligence to research and narrow down options followed by my husband and I jointly making the final decision(s). Very disappointing.

We (my husband and I) were extremely pleased with every phase of our new kitchen from Joe LaReau, salesman, who gave us all the time and expertise in selecting just the right combination to the professional way EVERY other phase was handled. Kitchen Magic gave us a start date and a finish date and kept to that schedule. EVERY person that worked on our new kitchen was an artist at his/her job not just a workman. Our cabinets were custom fit to our old outline and the carpenter who did the job would NOT leave until everything was perfect. After our beautiful countertop and backsplash was in place, I noticed a seam that did not look perfect. Kitchen Magic sent TWO specialists to work on that seam for THREE HOURS and now I could not be happier. Kitchen Magic is a made in the USA company and every employee seems to enjoy their job and does it well. We would absolutely recommend Kitchen Magic and their outstanding work. WE LOVE OUR KITCHEN!!!!!

Overall the experience was very good and we are thrilled with the appearance of our kitchen!

The hard-to-believe ratings on Angie?s List prompted me to work with Kitchen Magic, having screened several contractors before our project began. The work in our kitchen was professional, of the highest quality, and with consideration for creating real solutions for us. The entire team at Kitchen Magic has been so responsive and helpful. The kitchen looks amazing, at considerably less cost than a complete makeover with entirely new cabinets. The advice I received about other aspects of our renovation gave me a true ?partner? in the project overall. Our initial sales contact, every worker in our home, the dedicated project management off site and general follow through were beyond any expectations I had. Kitchen Magic is the kind of firm that takes pride in doing a great job and creating satisfied customers. I can?t say enough -- except that I would recommend them without reservation. They stand by their work too, so I know if we need to call them, we?ll get the same level of service we have to date.
