I couldn't have been happier with Kelly's service and I am a very hard person to please when it comes to cleaning.

On our first meeting I clearly defined my expectations, Kelly showed up on time as agreed and completed her tasks as agreed. She demonstrated pure professionalism. I plan on using her again in the future for a few other organizational projects.

Great Job, Kelly Always does a great job cleaning and we are never disappointed. She also did some organizational work in our house. Highly recommended. Good value and trustworthy.

Excellent. We've had Kelly at our house twice a month for 3 years and she is great. My wife and I come back from work so impressed with the cleaning job she does. She also does a great job removing any mold, mildew, or hard water stains. And if you have a baby or toddler and can't leave the house, she is great at working around them and can work very quietly around their nap time.

Kelly stopped by every other day to water plants, pick-up mail, tidy up the house and generally looked after our property while we were gone. I previously reviewed her cleaning capability (excellent!) but wished to add that she does offer other personal services. In addition to retaining her for housecleaning, we will continue to use Kelly for any of our other needs. She is very co-operative and flexible and I highly recommend her for housecleaning and personal assistance.

I emailed and received a response after several days; She claimed she did not know her email account/server was down. Once she replied, I received mainly email questions about children and pets, and she scheduled via email, which is impersonal but fine I suppose. The next time I heard from her was to change our appointment because she was no longer available. We rescheduled to a time when she would be finished with a job in my area. The day of the appointment, she called an hour early, and said that since she had finished her job early, would it be convenient to come by earlier than scheduled, I said fine, but explained that we needed a bit of time because my wife was not fully prepared yet for her visit, and needed to straighten up a bit. (We have had a regular cleaner for 4 years who recently retired, and the house had not been cleaned in over a month.) She said "You need to clean, for an estimate with a cleaner?" I replied, "well, yes, of course." I am not that sensitive so I didn't make anything of it, but it sure made my wife feel a bit uncomfortable right from the start. That being said, Kelly came over almost immediately so we really had no time to prepare; our floors and surfaces were clean, but there admittedly was some clutter about the house. Kelly arrived with a second woman who works with her, and they proceeded to perform the walkthrough. There were some comments from Kelly regarding trinkets and various things on the bedroom furniture, to which my wife explained, that they would not be there, but she hadn't had the time needed to clean them up. Well, overall I felt the interview went well, but Kelly also explained that she could not work in a house with cats (we have two) and the other lady would have to do the job herself, alone. She gave me a rough estimate, and said she would later email me the exact estimate, etc. Well, that's where things got interesting. I have never felt like I was being judged before when actually interviewing to HIRE someone for work, but when I received Kelly's email, that's right, not a phone call, which would have been more professional, but an email, basically telling us she will not be able to take us on as clients! I wrote back and asked for some concrete reason, or explanation, but she was entirely vague and unprofessional. My wife and I are in shock: we treated these ladies with respect, were pleasant, despite the inconveniences, told her were were not picky, and were happy that they would be able to perform all the basic tasks needed in our home. I even showed her our completely stocked cleaning station full of supplies, as we had set it up for the cleaner who worked for us previously. To be.. rejected like this is a shock and very disappointing, considering how things went.

After coordinating schedules, the first service was scheduled. Kelly had explained that additional time would be required for the initial cleaning to establish a schedule, etc. She arrived on time, and began cleaning. From top to bottom, each room was cleaned, including baseboards, trim, blinds, ledges, etc. Carpets were vacuumed, and floors were mopped. Items were moved when dusting, and then returned to their original location. Bathrooms were cleaned and sanitized, without any overpowering chemical smells - Kelly uses Method and 7th Generation cleaning products. Special attention was given to the hardwood floors. In the kitchen, all items were removed from the counter tops, and the granite was cleaned and polished. The appliances and cabinets were wiped down - the range was detail cleaned, knobs and grates removed and cleaned. Overall, Kelly has exceed our expectations. Not only does she provide the highest level of cleaning, but her professionalism and attention to detail is apparent in everything she does. We have scheduled our recurring appointments with Kelly for the remainder of the calendar year, and will continue to work with her team, as long as possible.

I found Kelly's on Anglie's list and she returned my call promptly and came out that day for an estimate. We walked through my house and she discussed her services and pricing (flat rate per hour per person) and gave a general estimate of approximately how much my house would cost for the first cleaning. Their estimate was pretty close and for the second cleaning, their estimate was slightly over what the actual cost was. What I liked about Kelly's service: 1. They are very professional. They do their work. They don't surprise you with pricing changes after the job is done. They don't talk about other clients. They are very efficient and friendly. They keep a notebook of your preferences and when the workers arrive, they have a checklist so they know exactly what to do. You don't have to keep reminding them of what you want done. There is no drama. 2. They are knowledgeable about cleaning. They supply the products. They know not to mix certain chemicals together. They know what works best on each surface. 3. Kelly has little turnover with her employees. She has done background checks on her workers. The same workers come to your house time after time so that one can form a relationship. The workers seem generally happy. I am happy to say that I am done looking for a cleaning service. I have found a great service in Kelly's.

Kelly arrived right on time, she has her own cleaning supplies, I supplied the vacuum. I like my vacuum used anyway. I have searched high and low for someone to clean the way I want, I've found her. Thanks Kelly.

Kelly arrived and was very professional. She walked around the house and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. She is a very honest and thoughtful person. She is very attentive to details and does an excellent job. She has been working for us on a regular basis and we could not be more pleased.

Called weeks in advance for an estimate appointment on 11/26. Did not show. When I called to double check on missed appointment, never even received a call back. Disappointed

Kelly always arrives promptly. Very pleasant personality. Extremely hard and conscientious worker. Spent 6 hours cleaning and we couldn't be happier with the results. We have her on a permanent weekly schedule. She is great!

Kelly is such a great worker!!! She arrived on time and with a smile. Beforehand, we discussed the supplies that I have here at home. We were in the process of moving and we did not have a vacuum cleaner. Kelly offered to bring hers and I was impressed at how willing she was to go out of her way to make sure we got taken care of correctly. I have used other companies in the past and unfortunately it's hard to find someone whom you can trust and who actually cares about the customer and his/her needs. Thanks Kelly! Kelly is a perfectionist and cleaned all crevices. My house has never looked this good! I was very pleased with her work and the price that she charged and we will continue having her come on a bi-weekly basis. We used her to help organize and unpack during the move. She also set up the home office and kitchen. The kitchen is actually set up more efficiently than it was before! Her work is exceptional and I would not recommend anyone else other than her! Look no further if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient cleaning service that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for quality service. She is very professional,prompt and has a very friendly and outgoing personality.

We have been using Kelly since we moved to the area about a year ago. She does an excellent job on everything. And even though our house is rather large, she doesn't miss any details. I highly recommend her.
