Dan is a consummate professional and artisan. He explained in detail what he planned to do and clearly thought the project through from start to finish in putting together his estimate for the work. He accomplished the work under the tight time constraints that we had, despite the scope of the project. He is a perfectionist, attuned to details, and absolutely motivated to get everything right. His method is old school, and you will be hard pressed to find anyone who can sand and stain a floor with the exacting techniques he uses to bring out the colors of the wood and to achieve a smooth finish. The final product is, quite simply, one of the most beautiful floors I have ever seen. His quote will not be the lowest you get, but you'll get the most value for your money.

I met Dan quite by accident. He is honest and will only accept jobs which he knows he can deliver what is expected. As opposed to lots of other service people in the Bethlehem area, he will complete the job on time and for a reasonable price for the quality of work he does. He specializes in refinishing and installation of solid wood floors. A++++. You will not find a better person to do your work. One caveat, he prefers to work directly with the owner, this taking full responsibility for the job.
