Description of Work: Rug cleaning

Description of Work: Refinished hallway hardwood floor. Recar[peted three bedrooms and living room. All rooms done to perfection and hallway was converted from carpet to original hardwood flooring for a great change.

Description of Work: The first team arrived promptly at 9 am. The preceded to stretch the carpeting in 4 bedroom and a hallway. The second team arrived at 1 pm to clean the carpets in the 4 bedrooms, hallway plus stairs, living room, family room and dining room.

Description of Work: This review is not in conjunction with services performed. I already wrote a review for services performed on 8/23/12. As an afterthought of that review, I made a mistake when I said, in that review, that I asked to be called in the pm. I actually asked to be contacted in the a.m. but was contacted in the pm. Consequently, that is why I missed their return phone calls. Any, about this current review (8/16/12). Brian's carpet cleaning has a program that if you use their services and then refer someone to their business and that person makes a purchase, the person making the referral is entitled to a referral check. I was referred to Brian's by a co-worker. On 2 separate occasions, around the time of our service, I indicated to Brian's that I was referred to by a co-worker and I gave Brian's their name and address. Some time had gone by and I asked the co-worker if they ever received their referral check. She said they did not. On 10/2/12, I e-mailed Brian's and informed them that the referring couple had not received their check, now over 5 weeks since we paid our invoice. Apparently, that got something going and the couple then received a paper that they had to fill out and return to Brian's to indicate that they did want the check. On 10/13/12 they finally received the check. There is no excuse that this had to take over 6 weeks to fulfill and then, to top it off, I had to be the one to initiate it (would anything have been done if I didn't inquire to the couple if they received their referral check?). If you have an incentive for people to refer your business then that incentive should be fulfilled in a timely manner. My advice to you is if you use Brian's services and then refer someone to them and they use them, follow up on the referral.

Description of Work: Don'ts: Just don't bother. They didn't get back to me on the 2 separate occasions I stopped by and asked for prices, comparisons, and estimates. Very disappointed!! Tried to stay with a local company but didn't work out.
