Allen replaced our 16 year old electric hot water heater,which decided to retire itself. Allen came the very next day to install a new one. He was very pleasant,professional and punctual. He didn't use any high pressure sales tactics or push to do any work other than what was discussed. He was very reasonable in price and honest-he is not out to rip you off. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. Do not hesitate to call him-you won't be disappointed!!

Allen's plumbing came to my home to fix bathroom that was leaking into my family room. He informed me they had a busy schedule but they would fit me in. He came over the same day I called and fixed the problem. Wonderful friendly service'

The installation exceeded my expectations. He did miss where the line had to start from which resulted in some extra work but he did not charge me since it was his mistake. The area was cleaned up with no issues. Definitely would use him again. My next door neighbor recommended him and can't say enough good things. I agree after my experience.

Work progressed efficiently and in less time than anticipated.

They were fantastic. The only thing was whenever I had to mislead the appointment with them they had to cancel a couple of times. They had appointments with me; they had what they considered escalations of people who were having serious plumbing issues so they kept on cancelling on me. It happened to me twice; do I need to get somebody else because though they kept on cancelling; though I didn't understand that people had other emergencies. They simply got the work done. It's a small company; it worked out fine in the end.

We were very happy with them. We thought that their pricing was reasonable for what they did. We were satisfied. They were great. We would definitely use them again if we need any more plumbing work done.

Initial quote was $850. After we opened up the walls we realized that the second floor water supply had to be re-routed. He added $100 to the quote. Had someone else come in and quote $3500. He came in on time and was done in a day. Everything looked good except for one small leak which he came back the next day and fixed.

Allen was able to come out quickly to allow me to keep my remodeling schedule and made the change within about two hours, moving two water lines and a vent pipe to allow my new cabinets to go up. There were no price surprises, the quote offered was the price I paid. I watched the entire project and must say that Allen was professional, thorough, and personable. When it's time for my bath remodel, he'll be my first call.

Perfectly. I had a leak in my supply line from our well, made worse by a failing pressure tank. Allen and one of his other plumbers appeared quickly and on time. The diagnosis was fast, they had brought a new pressure tank, and they wrapped up the first part of the job quickly. More leaks appeared overnight (not their fault; the copper has been eaten at by minerals in the water) and Allen's people came back and replaced the pipes that were causing the problem.

.Allen's plumbing. He did the job. He was excellent. He came right in checked the job and just did it like that day. He didn't affect me anything for the money, he just sent the bill. Unfortunately he sent it to the wrong name. He has a very reasonable price. He was a gentleman.

It went very well. He was professional and helpful on how things could be done. Allen has a small firm, but it is big on service and reasonable on price. I highly recommend working with his compnay to me your plumbing needs.

Sometime this morning, probably when I turned on the washing machine, the safety valve on the hot water heater blew. Water was spraying out flooding the floor etc etc.I called Allen and got his voice mail. He returned the call within 30 min. and told be when he could get to me (within 2 hours). Meanwhile, I had found the valve and had turned off the water. He arrived promptly. Analyzed the problem. Made some calls checking prices and availability of the products. Offered me the 2 options i.e. try to repair the faulty valve ($150) or replace the 15 year old heater tomorrow. I opted for the replacement. We talked a little more. He did try to put in a temporary valve so I'd have water tonight. Didn't work but he was able to get his assistant to pick up the new heater and arrange his schedule so he could install the new one today instead of tomorrow. He worked very efficiently, dismantling the old one while the new one was on its way. Replace the old and I had water again by 2 pm. I did not ask him to clean up the water still on the cellar floor. I don't know if that would be part of the job but it's no big deal. Very personable and knowledgable. A good experience all around.
