+ -1 moreWE HAVE USED RON STROBEL FOR ALL OF OUR FLOORING NEEDS FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS INCLUDING CARPET, LINOLEUM, PORCELAIN TILE, AND HARDWOOD INSTALLATION. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF TO THE INSTALLERS TO RON STROBEL(THE OWNER) HIMSELF. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FIRST QUALITY AND THE SELECTION IS VAST. THEY WILL ALSO GIVE YOU PERSONAL ADVICE - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHICH FLOOR TREATMENT TO CHOOSE. WE FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY THAT THEY ARE THE EXPERTS - WE HAD OUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR INSTALL A HICKORY FLOOR IN A NEW ROOM ADDITION; WE PURCHASED THE WOOD FROM STROBEL'S BUT THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLED IT AS PART OF THE BID. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY CAUSING WARPING, BUCKLING, AND CRACKS; RON WAS ABLE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND EVEN REPLACED THE WOOD AT NO COST TO US.
Description of Work: PORCELAIN TILE WAS INSTALLED REPLACING A NO-WAX LINOLEUM AND A HICKORY HARDWOOD FLOOR WAS RE- INSTALLED.

+ 0 moreTHE INSTALLER WAS PROMPT, PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. HE CONTINUED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS EVEN WHEN HE DISCOVERED THAT THE PADDING THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED WOULD TAKE MUCH MORE TIME AND EFFORT THAN ORIGINALLY EXPECTED.
Description of Work: WE HAVE RECENTLY HAD TWO DIFFERENT JOBS COMPLETED BY THIS ORGANIZATION. IN FEBRUARY, THEY INSTALLED VINYL FLOORING IN THE BATHROOM AND IN MARCH, THEY INSTALLED NEW CARPETING ON THE STAIRS BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR.
