Butch was completely dedicated to helping me get a speaker system that worked for my needs. He took the time to learn about my music preferences, my listening room, and my other equipment. Butch gave me a range of options, and then he was patient as I listened carefully to each, dithered, and finally made up my mind. His focus was on educating me so I could make a purchase that I'd be completely satisfied with, rather than just trying to sell me something. He focused on the relationship rather than the sale, and he earned my loyalty. I know most of Butch's customers make far more high-end purchases than mine was, and that makes it all the more meaningful that he took his time with me, and stood by me. In an electronics world dominated by Amazon and other online retailers, Butch offers something that's hard to come by - online reviews don't mean a thing in comparison to hearing audio equipment for yourself, and talking to somebody who has information based on extensive firsthand experience.
