I had a tree removed after a storm knocked it over. I contracted and paid to have the stump removed as well. While the tree was removed quickly I have been waiting over two months to get the stump removed. When I call I just get excuses that the stump removal equipment is broken. No one will talk to me but the receptionist. Very frustrating.

A thoroughly professional experience from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with acted/responded promptly, showed up on time with a can-do attitude, and did what they said they would do. When the crew doing the work realized they could not get their equipment through our rear neighbors' narrow driveway (as the estimator thought they could), they immediately came up with a different plan, to do it from the front. This they carried out amazingly fast--and safely. They finished the job to our satisfaction in the allotted time despite the change in method. We then made a mistake on the check we gave them. Ashley in the office caught that and called the next morning.

These people were very friendly and professional from the first phone call. They were clear on what needed to be done and how it should be done. The crew that did the work were knowledgeable, professional, and safety orientated. Not only to us but to our neighbors also. Setting up the job and finishing up was extremely easy and smooth. And the price was beyond reasonable.

I had a 65'-70' Red Oak tree with 1/5 dead limbs on top. Tough access so tree had to be removed by climbing it. Four prior bidders either refused to do the work (claimed it was too dangerous) or gave outlandish bids. BeaverJack gave me a great bid and their tree climber was outstanding.

Beaverjack Tree Service was recommended to us by the plumbing company we contacted about replacing our terra-cotta sewage pipes. We had a huge old Norway maple whose roots had destroyed all the pipes under the basement and in the back yard. It had to go. Christine took our order and worked with us every step of the way; BJ came out to the house to give us an estimate – AND gave us helpful advice on financing through our electric company – and Ed, Zeya, and Gordon did the heavy lifting: cutting down that enormous tree, chopping it up, and hauling every last bit of debris away. Finally Austin took over to grind up the stump so the trenches could be dug and new sewage pipes installed. I’ve rarely met a more professional and personable crew of workers and would recommend Beaverjack Tree Service without reservations – thanks so much for a job well done!

The owner (BJ) was very friendly had all necessary information about his business. The work was done in a timely fashion, very professional and crew was friendly as well. I had a consult with another company who quoted way more stating it would take 3 days to do the work. BJ quoted much less and work was done in 1 day. I am very happy.

I contacted BeaverJack tree service to come out and look at several large trees that I wished to have removed. The owner worked around my schedule and actually came out to look at the job at 7:00 a.m. because that was the only time that worked for me and he didn't want to delay coming out. I agreed to hire him on the spot and on the day he was to arrive, he and his crew got to my home early. He explained the job to his workers in my presence and I left for work. When I returned, I couldn't believe how incredible my back yard looked. The trees were gone and it didn't look like anyone was ever there! There were no sticks, leaves, sawdust, nothing! Equally impressive was how friendly and knowledgeable the workers were. I was so impressed that I hired them for a job on a second property on the spot. Well done!

Initially returned my call in 1 minute ! Set up date and time for quote (which was ON TIME) for removal of 2 trees over 70 feet tall with limbs and vines over a fence and shed . Crew arrived (ON SCHEDULE and ON TIME) in the pouring rain . They were set up (rain stopped ) and cutting within an hour . Seeing that they didn't need me at all ( Very safe and professional) , I went to work expecting to see them when I got home . To my surprise when I got home 6 hours later , they were DONE ,GONE ,CLEANED UP ,even SWEPT the street !!! Are you kidding me ??? I hurried up to BeaverJack to pay because I thought that he MUST have made a mistake in the price !!!!! I cussed those trees for 30 years and am SO glad I called !

I needed some tree work done and called a few local companies to obtain a quote. BeaverJack was there a day or two later, as scheduled, and gave me a verbal quote on the spot, followed up by a professional proposal. The work was done when they said it would be done and I am quite pleased. The work area was cleaned up very nicely and all the workers were diligent and polite. If you are looking to have that dead tree trimmed and removed from your property, call BeaverJack...I was glad I did.

Great Job

The owner was accommodating as to our situation. He came in and finished a job that another company had only partially done before we had to have them leave for lack of experience/professionalism. He also hires our veterans who served our country. The crew (Andy-David-Gabe) were very polite and professional. They did such an excellent job cutting down 2 very large pines and clean up of 13 of them all together. They worked their butts off. I would want to hire guys like that if I had a business:) Just a GREAT JOB from start to finish. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Definitely would have them back again!!!

Very good value for 4 trees removed with 2 ground stumps. Removed a 90' oak that was 8' from the house. Good cleanup and nice added service to provide stacked firewood. Great customer service before removal, and crew showed up on time. Very satisfied!

Came and gave an estimate same day and once hired were here within a week. Outstanding job on my tree and great value for money. Crew was very professional and left my yard cleaner than when they got here. The tree looks amazing now! Highly recommend.
