 + -1 moreRich came to inspect the property we were considering to buy in order to provide us with a quote and an appreciation of the job required to move forward in the settlement process. He was very honest and he did not charge us for this service. As always at this stage of the process, since we only had 10 days of contingency we were short in time and he came to visit the house in less than 24 hours. If in the future i need any job done around the house, he would be my go-to person. He earned my trust in this circumstance!
