+ -1 moreHe did not give me an estimate, and just showed up and started doing the work. Now when it rains instead of going down the downspout it goes to the side of the roof. He keeps coming out to try and fix the problem and we are having a communication problem in getting any problems corrected but to his credit he is trying.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do repairs on my roof. He was supposed to flash the roofing, put in chimney caps and repair leaks.
