He showed up right away for an estimate. Was precise on the day he would be able to do it. He completed the work on time and with no extra charge.
Description of Work: I hired Marty Kelly to do stucco work and have hired him twice since then. I design and install gardens in center city Philadelphia and we have frequent need for stucco work. His price was dead on as far as his competitors. He's immediately available since he's new to the area. The quality of his work is excellent. BEautiful stucco job. I can't say enough nice things about him and recommend him without reservation.
