+ -1 moreJoan was initially responsive and gave us a good estimate for the job, so we proceeded. They showed up and performed the work as scheduled. However, our lawn still looked choppy, with lumps of dirt and rocks. We contacted Joan and told her that we were not fully satisfied with the work. She told us several times that she would come fill in some of the ruts and re-seed (since the grass grew unevenly). She finally did so after we posted a report on Angies List, but we were disappointed that it took so long (several months).
Description of Work: Following the replacement of our sewer line, which required completely digging up our lawn, we hired Elegant Gardens to re-grade our lawn (which has a slope down the front) and plant grass.
