FANTASTIC! RYAN & MATT DID EVERYTHING PERFECTLY. HAD TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS WITH THE DISHWASHER BUT INSTALLED IT, MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS JUST RIGHT. WE'VE BEEN PETROSKI CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 30 YEARS.

Petroski plumbing is the epidemy of crooked contractors! They came to repair some sewer issues we were having with our bathroom plumbing. Very courteous and offered a free quote. Once they came back to perform the job, their behavior of course changed for the worse. They showed up on the wrong date and said it was our mistake. My wife had to take a day off to avoid losing our scheduled appointment, as they threatened to have no availability for several weeks. As they performed the job, they were rude and unprofessional, even cursing in front of our daughter of 4 years old. They finished what was quoted as a 2 day job in 2 weeks! Left their trash all over the place when completed. With that said, a couple of weeks later the sewer issue persisted. Petroski said it was not their fault or liability. We had to call in another plumber to inspect. The gentleman explained to us the poor, patchwork job that had been done by Petroski and proceeded to fix the issue permanently. Sure enough, 6 months later, the sewer issue is at bay. But as we have found out, even from city inspectors, Petroski plumbing has developed a BAD REPUTATION! They have been in the area for a while and I guess feel their reputation has earned some slack. But in today’s world of real-time feedback, that will run Petroski plumbing out of business soon. For any hardworking individuals seeking likewise services, STAY AWAY from PETROSKI PLUMBING. They are nothing more than crooked contractors who will soon be out of business, which would be a blessing for Luzerne county.

This is the second time I've used this company and they do quality work. I called them at 7:30 on a Wednesday morning and left them a message after finding water on the floor next to our 12 year old water heater. I got a call back in about 20 minutes and they said they would be there in the morning. I think they showed up about an hour later. They removed my old water heater, installed the new one and even fixed a code violation regarding the exhaust pipe. The 2 plumbers that performed the installation were very professional and took care of everything.

I have used them on a couple of my other properties and they have always given me a fair price and have done good work. Sometimes they are hard to get hold of. They are not disrespectful but they are plumbers and that's the kind of job they do.
