Excellent...installers (Sheldon and Sheldon) were great. Very professional. Arrived on time, did a great job of leveling the floor and laying the tile. We got a wood grain and it looks amazing. Everyone who has seen it has loved it. The floor is also easy to clean.

We have been very impressed with Martin's flooring both for carpeting and hardwood flooring. Our salesperson, Wendy, was very easy to work with and helped us get good deals. The hardwood flooring job exceeded our expectations. The quality of the installation and removal/replacement of trim was excellent. No mistakes or flaws.

I did not have direct involvement with them short of picking out colors and styles, as the builder dealt with the scheduling and the monitoring of the work. However, they seemed very professional and knowledgable and the work seems very well done.

From sales to installation, all personel were very thorough and responsive to my concerns. I have a very unique house (a converted carriage house, several hundred years old) so any project is complicated. The salesperson assisted me in selecting a perfect product that looks great with my decor. The installer was a craftsman and neat!

Shopping experience at Martin's Flooring in Harrisburg was great. Our sales person (Bonnie) was great to work with and offered many suggestions. They came out an measured and answered any questions I had once we selected our new hardwoods, Bonnie then quickly provided me with a quote. We scheduled the installation date and they were on time and working as scheduled. Everyone involved was GREAT to work with and a pleasure to have in our home. The cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful installation job.

Their service was excellent; they arrived right on time. Two people came out: a man and a woman. The lady had to set up to do the carpet cleaning equipment and while she did that he shoveled the snow in the driveway. She got set up and then he started upstairs to stretch the carpet. While he was upstairs, she started in the back bedroom. By the time he was done stretching the carpet, she was able to work in the living room. I was surprised at the speed they worked. They told me that at each job they change the filters. It works better and sucks up more of the moisture. We had the carpet cleaned two years ago by someone else and I thought the carpets were wet for three days. They did an excellent job. There was a couple high traffic areas that needed extra attention and she put something down and then came back later and cleaned it. I highly recommend them.
