+ -1 moreOverall the work was acceptable but nothing you would rave about. My biggest objection to the company was lack of response and their unwillingness to give you an exact time when they will be showing up to do the job.
Description of Work: Provided and installed a new kitchen triple wide window. The quality of work was ok. There was some minor dirt and debris that I had to clean out of the yard. If the job that you need done is small and takes less than 1 day, they will not give you an appointment ahead of time. They will use you as fill in work and call the day before to let you know they are coming. This makes it very difficult if you don't want to leave a key and/or you want to be present when they do the work, especially if you work full time and need to schedule things ahead of time. Several times during the scheduling process, I requested they give me an exact date that the work could be done and my phonecalls were ignored.

+ 4 moreI found them on Angie's List. What stood out was their professionalism and the quality of their work. There were a couple of times when they didn't come to the house when they were working on that project, but I had stipulated to them that it was not a rush project for me and they were free to do any work that came up in between. There were a couple of days when they could not come due to bad weather and then there were a couple of days when they had other projects that they needed to attend to, and that was more than acceptable to me. I did not have any deadline for completing the job and there was no rush. My husband and I had used them in the past and Mr. Kelly was the first person that I thought of after an enormous piece of siding had fallen off the house after a really bad rain storm. I did not get any other bids on the project. I contacted him and he gave me a rundown on what they would be doing and I agreed.
Description of Work: SRK Construction put new aluminum siding on the house for me. They also built a new shed in my backyard. It was not a kit and they actually built the shed for me. They laid a concrete block and built the shed on top of that. They also put in two new windows. They actually cut a hole in the wall and installed the two new windows upstairs. They had earlier put in a new bathroom upstairs for us and put a new roof on the house 15 years ago. They had also built a deck around our swimming pool.
