Description of Work: I had a clogged toilet on a Sunday. They were the only local company that responded to my calls. They did scratch the porcelain toilet bowl, but they also unclogged the bowl. I thought they were pretty expensive.

 + 0 moreAmazing is all I can say. They were prompt, friendly, efficient and very professional. For the large job there was a team and every single worker was top notch. Rich came out this past June for the clog and he was the same. So considerate of your property. I called on a Saturday morning and they were out in an hour. I thought being a big franchise maybe they wouldn't be customer oriented, but Id never use anyone but them. I have used well respected plumbers in the area before.
Description of Work: In October, 2004 our main sewer line collapsed. Because of Roto Rooters size, they had the equipment and expertise to put a new one in without digging up our yard and driveway, put a new trap in, re-concreted the basement floor. They returned this June because we had back up once again. They found the clog and cleaned out the line. No charge because of the huge job is guaranteed for five years.

 + -1 morePoor. Initial contact good, locating the problem. Backhoe was late the following day. Employees wanted to stop for the day before arriving at a logical stopping point. Diagnostician and plumber tried to strongarm me into either digging up my entire sewer for $16,000 or installing an injection pump for $10,000 when neither were warranted. Cleanout poorly installed, and hole only partially filled. Will have to call in another plumber to re-do the job.

 + 2 moreTOM HIATT WAS ON THE JOB AND REALLY EARNED HIS KEEP, AS THEY HAD TO WORK AROUND WATER AND GAS LINES. HE LOCATED THE PROBLEM ON 10 SEPTEMBER WITH A TV CAMERA AND MADE A TEMPORARY FIX. HE DUG THROUGH THE ROCK AND BOULDERS AND LAID THE NEW LINE ON THE 16TH. I COULDN'T FIND ANYONE WHO WOULD DO THE JOB FOR LESS.
Description of Work: INSTALL AT LEAST 40' OF 6' SEWER FROM THE MAIN TO THE HOUSE WITH TRAP AND CLEAN OUT. THIS INCLUDED EXCAVATION, BACKFILLING, AND MOUNDING DIRT TO SETTLE.
