Frank repaired and repainted my kitchen's ceiling after water damage caused by a leaky pipe. He came quickly and did an excellent job for a surprisingly reasonable charge. And a very nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.

Good coordination of schedules. Arrived and explained what he would be doing and went into more detail as he started each area he was inspecting so I understood the what, why, and wherefore of the testing. Provided a report including pictures and explained the various test results. They will be handling some of the recommended improvements.
