Wind had dislodged a piece of facia; Shawn responded quickly and secured it temporarily, which gave us the option to leave it as is or replace it. Longo Contracting was very professional. Will do the job right and quality was excellent. Job was to take two days but did it in one because it was going to rain the next day. Very pleased with the workmanship and will use him again for other jobs.

Longo Contracting had to repair the roof and replace shingles. We live in Monroeville so Shawn went to Lowes and then Home Depot for the shingles. They had a lesser quality than the shingles that he was replacing, so he drove out to New Kensington to purchase a higher quality product. Metaphorically speaking, that's going the extra mile to do the job correctly.

The entire crew was kind, efficient, and thorough in dismantling and replacing my roof. They cleaned up everything.

Shawn came the very next day after we first spoke on the phone. He inspected the roof and gave me a reasonable quote for the shingles repair. The work was done the very next day in a thoroughly professional manner. He even adjusted my gutters on one side of the roof and appraised me on the general condition of the roof. Great contractor. Will surely hire him for all my roof repair or replacement needs in the future.

I had a leak develop from a vent pipe on my roof. With the heavy rain, the water was coming through the ceiling into the bathroom. Shawn came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately. He was fair and honest which is so hard to find today. I will use him for many more home repair projects. It is so nice to have a wonderful contractor this close to home!
