The cleaning was adequate. On Don's way out he noticed I had a problem with a hole in a brick that was located on my home. At the time he indicated that come back and fill it in which he later did but the hole reappeared. As a sidenote, I'm not sure if this was the result of his work.

The painting of my front door was very sloppy -- the painting itself and splattering all over the door jams. Driveway sealing has already worn away and the sealer was splattered all over the garage door. When hanging a mirror Don drilled a hole in the wrong place and covered it with the mirror fixing it or telling me about it. I happened upon it myself. I asked him to clean and fix my grill...after he was finished, 1 burner was still not working And the grill had not been cleaned. The power washing he did to my deck and furniture was shoddy, as well as the staining of my deck. He hung curtains in a bedroom and a hose in my garage which were fine..

I called Don Lane and received his voicemail. I left a message stating I was interested in getting some handyman work done with my name and phone number and he never returned the call.

They quoted me $1500. I chose them based on their records on Angie’s list. I will use their services again in the future.

First, he returned my call promptly. Then he showed up when he said he would. A couple of days later he gave me an estimate and a a few days after that started to do the work. He could not finish in one day but came back and finished when he said he would. He did just what we wanted him to do for a reasonable price. He was excellent and i would certainly use him again.

He did not include paint in his estimate like the other people did. We decided to use him because his scheduling worked out with our availability. He was very professional, punctual, and friendly. The quality of the painting was not very good and we ended up asking him to leave the job unfinished.

Don was great!! He did it exactly how we pictured it!! PERFECT!!! He used the best supplies for the job and we are very happy with the outcome.

Don arrived prepared and on time. He had not seen the aluminum folding stairs I had purchased, but had obviously done this type of job before and came prepared with enough tools and installation materials to get the job done. The job was done competently and quickly. He listened well to all my concerns and made the job pleasant. This job is really a two-man job, and he contributed about 1-1/2 of the effort compared to my 1/2. I would definitely hire him again....Great job.

He did a wonderful job! He was prompt and professional to work with. He was quite inexpensive for the work perfromed. I was actualyl shocked at the price! I would certainly continue to work with him as necessary!

He was very reliable and worked around my schedule. He made suggestions for me to consider and I took him up on them and his suggestions turned out right. I will use him again I am sure.

Throughout, Don was dependable, responsible, and his prices are very reasonable. In addition, he called in advance to schedule his time, and was never late. He's very experienced, pleasant to work with, and well versed in multiple areas -- remodeling, lighting, painting, plumbing etc. My husband and I are extremely satisfied, and would use Don again without hesitation. We also highly recommend his services. In this day and age, it's nice that someone returns your call, provides free estimates, shows up when scheduled, and is polite, reasonably priced, courteous and experienced. Don was a pleasure to work with.
