 + -1 moreCraig and Jimmy did a great job. They got the job done in a total of 4 days. They were very knowledgeable. They recommended that we get a few new shutters and told us what we would need to do in the future to maintain the exterior. The price was much better than other estimates I had gotten. They had done my parents' house exterior twice and I knew I could trust them.
Description of Work: We had the exterior of the house painted, including siding, shutters, garage doors, front door, soffit, fascia, porch, and railing.

 + 0 moreCraig did an estimate for us in early August and thought he would be able to schedule the job for early September. When I hadn't heard from him by mid-September I called and he said they were backed up due to poor weather conditions. We really wanted to have the painting completed soon and he honestly said it probably wouldn't be until the end of September or early October. He called on Oct 1 and said they would drop off ladders on the 2nd and begin work the following Monday. He was true to his word. Once they started the work it went quickly and they completed the work in 4 days as expected. We weren't present while the team was working. They cleaned up everything well and we didn't find any areas that were missed. The house looks so much better! Craig and his team did a good job and we would use them again.
Description of Work: Craig and his team painted all exterior trim on my in-laws 1820's brick farmhouse. This included all of the windows, soffit and fascia, doors and a few small sections of siding. It entailed high ladder work for the trim on the second story of the house. The painting had been neglected, so there was peeling paint and it required a lot of preparation work. In addition, they primed and painted the entry and garage doors on 2 storage buildings.

 + -1 moreWe learned of Craig via Angie's List and picked him because of his experience with cedar siding. He patched several wood p***** holes and other places that were needed. His experience with cedar siding is why we picked him and he was as advertised. He did an excellent job and was very open to changes as the job progressed, including painting the trim a different color and adding the shed to the job. He was very pleasant to work with and worked quickly and carefully. We were completely satisfied! We added painting our deck because we were so pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Painted our house including garage, large shed and addition, all cedar siding. Painted the window/door trim an accent color.

Description of Work: First, Craig did extensive carpentry work on our two story cedar siding house, including replacing some $4000 worth of siding, window sills, steps, etc. Then he painted, actually stained, the entire exterior. He also cleaned and re-stained the back deck, He did the work over a period of about two weeks (we were away most of the time). We have used Craig for some 25 years for both interior and exterior painting, wall paper removal, etc. He has painted/stained the exterior probably at least 4 times over the years. He is trustworthy and does an excellent job. He's easy to work with, careful, reliable, and he cleans up thoroughly. I can''t imagine anyone being better at what he does.

Description of Work: Craig has painted/stained the exterior of our house - 2 story cedar - 3 or 4 times over the past 25 years. He has also power washed and sealed our back deck on many occasions. As the wood has aged and problems have surfaced (rotting, warping, etc. he has done significant carpentry work, as well. He does excellent work.
