The first service we needed was a semi-emergency, as we demo'd a bit through an exterior wall when trying to remove existing wall tile. Eric had me text him images so he could ***** the damage and figure out what extent needed repaired. They were there within a few days time to fix the wall, which we were so thankful for! The second service we needed to schedule with him, which took a bit longer than we had wanted, but because it was only a days worth of work I'm sure it was difficult for him to fit us into the schedule properly. They added in a structural beam we needed to span a wall we removed to expand our bathroom. His crew did a terrific job, and we'd hire him again in a heartbeat to do other work on our house.

Eric was extremely professional and prompt. He also ended doing some additional drywall repair, that was excellently done. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him without reservations. I am pleased with the quality of the work and prices he quoted us.

The prices have been really reasonable and the quality is absolutely top rate in every aspect. He was 10’s or thousands of dollars cheaper than a competitor. The quality of the materials is great too.

eric and his crew did a great job. the sill walls were replaced - i wish i could have watched it happen because i can see the new sill walls in there but i can't figure out how they got there. joists sistered strongly - support poles replaced with thicker metal poles and welded into place. a structural engineer had eliminated the need for 1 of the spec'd items that the inspector had recommended having checked and eric took that off of the list of things to do and reduced the estimate commensurate. the structural engineer signed off on his work and wrote a letter that the home is in great shape now and structurally sound and the work was done quickly, expertly and on budget. that's what you want and that's why i am writing a positive review.

Eric and a crew of his guys started the job on a Monday at 8am, they removed all the damaged wood. What a mess, they filled a entire dumpster. They cleaned everything up. The next day they re-framed the basement and it is so much nicer down there. They where all done by Thursday.

His team arrived on schedule and fixed the problem at the same cost as the estimate. We are pleased with the service and outcome.

I contacted Eric to put together a Framing Bid for me. He sounded very courteous and professional on the phone. I met with him, he again seemed extremely polite and courteous. We exchanged a few emails, each time with slow responses from him. When it was finally time to put together a price, he never got back to me or responded to my additional attempts to get a hold of him. For me, he was a waste of my time and I did not appreciate him ignoring me the way he did. A simple phone call or email can go a long way and he didnt seem to have the courtesy to give me even that.

Eric came and gave me an estimate to replace and reinforce a retaining wall for 7500$. After our verbal agreement for him to come and down, get an advance check and begin the work when convenient-- he became non responsive, never followed up and barely remembered the quote he had given me when I talked to him again. It was awful to track him down to start the job. I finally gave up and went with a different contractor.

Eric came out to give me an estimate on scabbing a board onto the joist to fix the crack. Because of the plumbing, electrical and heating that all crosses the area to be repaired he suggested just getting a post and putting it up under the crack to support it directly. Of course I'd have to deal with a post in the middle of the room, but since it's our laundry / storage room that's not a big deal. He's an honest guy who looking to help his clients out. I always appreciate someone who's willing to decline a job that isn't really needed.

I called Eric and he was able to schedule me in the same day, but only after voicing how urgent the matter was. He said he would be there b/w 4-5pm. I said let's aim for 4. I got to the house with the agent at 4 and by 4:30, no Eric. I called Eric and he sounded like he forgot and said he would be getting there shortly. By 5pm I called again and he was stuck in traffic. He got to the house by 5:10pm. When he got there I explained the situation. He said many houses in that area have had the same problem, and gave an estimate. He said he'd have to sit down and crunch the numbers for a more precise quote and said he would email it to me that night. That night I didn't get a quote. The next morning, no quote. I called him at 11:30am and he said he'd get a quote in a couple hours. Its been a day later and I still haven't heard from him and he's not answering his phone. Eric is a nice guy, but is horrible at time management and unfortunately this is too unprofessional for me, I'd rather go with a professional who does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it.

Project went relatively well, though at times communication was poor. We are happy with the look of the shingles and skylights are great and not leaking. The new downspouts had to be repaired within only 6 months... they were not adequately secured.

The provider responded by phone approximately one week after the e-mail communication sent. Eric stopped by my property for a preliminary inspection. I received a call from Eric asking for a meeting at the property to review desired work on box gutters and downspouts. During the call Eric requested I again e-mail him to remind him of the scheduled appointment five days later. No further communication was received after the e-mail. Eric did not show up at the agreed time.

This was a tough job for us. We tried to do it ourselves, but it was very slow going and tedious. We also had no way of disposing of the tiles or mortar board after removal. Eric and his crew completed the job in one day and hardly left a trace that they had been there. They took all the debris away with them. The price seemed a little high, given how quick and easy the job was for them. However, it was not a quick and easy job for us! It would have taken us much longer, and we would have had to rent a dumpster for the debris, so we consider it to be money very well spent.

We were concerned about the quality and performance of our new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Eric agreed to complete a "due diligence" inspection of the roof and provided digital photos and a report/cost estimate for bringing the roof up to industry standards.
