Description of Work: Replaced oil furnace with heat pump; re-did all plumbing in fixer-upper. Overall, Wolfgang is professional and respectful. However, we ran into some scheduling conflicts due to his taking on another large job at the same time. Cannot blame this small one-man shop for taking on more work for additional income; but it did delay our completion. Otherwise, would use again for reasons of fair pricing and professional installation. One final note: make sure to ask questions, or you will most likely get the more affordable, more widely used options. For example, we had to special request a SEER 16 heat pump.
