Landline Phone Service, Computer Repair
Overall the service was "adequate". Actually there were no other alternatives in the area as the service I was having installed was only available through Windstream. The tech was courteous and arrived within the window I was given. He installed the landline in short order. The only negative part of the experience was with the wireless network set up. I would have preferred a little more technical assistance in this area as my skill level is limited when it comes to setting up networks.
