02/15/2017 Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof Comment: William showed up right away, explained the needed repairs and provided photos. I expect to hire his company for two other more extensive jobs in the future. I was very pleased and impressed with his expertise. 04/01/2017 Install Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles Comment: I am very pleased with the work done by William Anderson Construction. William showed up almost immediately after I posted on HomeAdvisor that some shingles had blown off the roof of my mobile home. (They had just been put down by another contractor, but were nailed incorrectly.) William found and replaced the blown-off shingles and then made a plan for his crew to correctly re-nail all the shingles. We also agreed that his crew would replace the flooring in my bathroom and bedroom. From start to finish, William and his crew did a great job. The contract was clear and detailed, so I knew exactly what to expect. Even though a couple of additional tasks cropped up, William stuck to his original quote. He was very fair. No "nickel and dime" extra charges for this conscientious young man! William kept in touch about a start date, and then showed up promptly as promised. His men did quality work, even repairing what two previous contractors had messed up. I especially appreciated how respectful everyone was. They were courteous and professional and very careful not to damage my furniture or belongings. I love my new well-constructed floors, and I feel much more confident about the integrity of my roof. Very prompt & courteous service. I had 4 "boots" that needed replaced. Everything was explained prior to the work starting. In addition I had before & after photos. I would definitely use their services again & would recommend them.

William and his crew installed our roof a little over a year ago and we are very pleased with it! We have since had them back over the winter, to remodel our bathroom and install a garage door. All projects were completed with outstanding workmanship. We were very impressed with the professionalism, courteousness and respect of our needs as the homeowner. Everything was completed exactly as we wanted and within the projected timeframe, with no issues. The garage now stays warmer with the insulated door and the bathroom looks beautiful!! Will definitely contract them for future projects.

In a world filled with shady and unreliable contractors, this company came through with flying colors! Not only did they come through on time and on budget, but they acted in a truly professional manner. Appointment times were kept, the work was performed quickly and our home was left in better shape. I can't recommend these guys any more highly!! Hire them and fear not!!
