This was just for an estimate. He did give me the estimate. However it turns out that the repairs need to be done on my neighbors roof. After he left I noticed that I did not have an estimate for my repairs that are needed. Emailed him to ask for that estimate (last Wednesday) and still have not received that estimate. I cannot rate this work since I havenâ t had any done yet. Only did because your system will not let go to the next page without one.

Courteous and always seemed interested in doing the work. Easy to work with and was flexible with final bill. Documented free estimate and verbally explained cost and quality of suggested products and repairs as well as alternatives. Issues with rainstorms prevented work to occur on quoted start date, but we rescheduled and work proceeded as re-planned. Finished in one day and ran magnet throughout driveway to ensure no errant nails were missed at cleanup. Good experience. Definitely would consider using again.

William personally showed up and did the repairs, a small job really, but he had no issue accepting the work. In addition to the repairs (wind damage), he took the time to inspect other areas that could have been affected and took care of these as well (ridge vent in particular). On time, thorough, great attitude and informed. I roofed in my younger days and this guy knows his stuff.

He did not try to sell me something I did not need at the time. On time and complete. I would use him for other repair or replace needs.

William is the best professional I've ever experienced. Courteous, timely, honest and professional. He and his crew knew exactly the details of what they repaired in an extremely hard to repair roof area and did it at an affordable rate. Even before I awarded him the job when he was estimating it he saw our gutters were extremely clogged with leaves and cleaned them all out!!! Wow, find that extra mile effort in today's world huh!!!!
