Description of Work: They assessed repair cost of old mower realistically. We decided not to repair and they took the mower for parts. We were pleased with the outcome.

 + -1 moreThe dealer did not have a belt in stock, plus the person at the service deck said there is no warranty on my Snow Blower, and that I would have to pay for parts and labor. The dealer was friendly when he sold me the snow blower, but very unfriendly with I needed service on my snow blower. I called Snapper and getting nowhere as of now. Thinking of sending mail to Bishop of their Mennonite Church.
Description of Work: Salesman told me that I had warranty of my new Snapper Snowblower 28" heavy duty, model spw1696005. On the 3rd use the auger belt broke in 4" snow. Within the first 5 hours of use

 + -1 moreFirst of all, we purchased the push mower from them, and it needs a part for it to work again. They were just very friendly and very helpful, because I know nothing much about lawn mowers and push mowers. I brought the lawn mower and the guy look for information for it.
