+ -1 moreFrom the start Joe is a professional; he personally handles all phone calls and we found that he ALWAYS got back to us with answers to our questions within 24 hours. We were first-time builders so we had quite a few questions about what needed to happen and when. He walked us through the process and was very direct about what we needed to do and what his people would be doing. We had talked to so many people who had said what a 'terrible experience' it had been building a new home; our experience with Joe was GREAT. Even when my own custom cabinets ran a little late, he worked around our schedule. My wife Helen and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe Thomas for new home construction.
Description of Work: New home construction. Thomas Construction was the general contractor and coordinated all phases of the job either with his own crews (framing, painting, and flooring) or other sub-contractors (foundation, excavation, plumbing, heating, and electrical).
