It did not happen at all . I called last week ,discussed the repair with the owner. He told me to get the part I needed for the repair. I did purchase the part for the repair. I called back and notified him that I had the part. We agreed on a price for the repair,he then told me the repair would happen last Thursday afternoon. No one ever showed up Thursday afternoon. Did not get a call from anyone why they did not show up.Also I had to leave work 2 hours early that day ,so I could be home to wait for someone to show up. I called several times and left message,asking what happened ,why no one showed up. Still have never heard back from anyone . Avoid using them !

very good job/well done in all aspects

I'm having a problem with them. They've been here 3 times to fix one refrigerator. I would call them back again because they are the only ones that repair the sub zero. My refrigerator is 15 years old and they had to refill a part of the refrigerator. They had to keep coming back. The two times before that they came, I spent $424 and I didn't get the bill from them yet for yesterday. I don't know what they are going to charge me. They said that they are going to wait for a month to see how it lasts because I keep using the coolant. I like that they come back out. They try to solve the problem and I do like that as well. They were good. Their prices are high. I do feel that $424 to fix a refrigerator is kind of high.
