It took 2 calls to get a call back initially. Yard clean-up and mulching were fine. They treated the gound cover with some kind of herbicide - nothing changed in the fall as (I was told after I called about a bill I received when I saw no change) it must not have been and quot;taken upand quot; since it was late in the year. Why was it not recommended I wait until spring to do this? Now, it's spring and months later. A couple of weeks ago, the herbicide to scale back the ground cover must have finally been and quot;taken upand quot; because now it is completley dead in a huge area (not at all where I wanted) and the areas that needed to be scaled back are healthy as ever. It must have pooled through seepage through the fall and winter to a low point right in the middle of the ground cover - not on the perimeter. It looks terrible!! There has been no follow-up whatsoever on picking up the job where they left off, including clearing the path to the stream. I do not recommend at all on anything but basic yard care.
Description of Work: I asked for an estimate of yard mulching and clean-up, as well as scaling back some overgrown ground cover and clearing a path to a stream. The estimate seemed okay.

Response from Alpine Landscape
This review troubles me as my company rarely receives any negative feedback. We are a small company and get very busy during our season. To be clear the customer was never charged for a herbicide application. I was told by the customer how great the mulching and cleanup job looked when it was done. The customer never contacted me in the Spring to discuss any problems or interest in any further projects. I apologize to this customer for her bad experience with our company.
