+ -1 moreEXCELLENT!!!!!!!! I was very impressed with Stan's Roofing Crew. This was an eight day (8) job which was done in late July in extreme heat. They were very meticulous in all steps of the job. Shrubbery was protected, job site was constantly being cleaned up, job site clean at the end of the day and a magnet was used to pick up any nails, Stan's Lead Man doubled checked the cleanup at the end of each day. (I didn't find any after they left the site for the day). Stan's men were also very professional, language was always professional. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered in a courteous and professional manner. BEST OF ALL, AFTER DEALING WITH ROOF LEAKS FOR YEARS CAUSED BY POOR WORKMANSHIP, WE HAVE NO LEAKS! NOTE: STAN'S ROOFING WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A MAN WHO WORKS FOR A COMPETITIVE ROOFING CONTRACTOR IN THE AREA. THIS IN MY MIND IS THE ULTIMATE COMPLEMENT ANY BUSINESS CAN GET! STAN'S ROOFING COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, JOB WAS DONE ON TIME, TO MY SATISFACTION, AT PRICE QUOTED!
Description of Work: New roof, House and 3 car garage. 1. Removed all old Roofing Material. 2. Removed siding where additions were added to Main House. (The original 2 1/2 story log House was built in the late 1800's and over the years an addition with Great Room, Master Bed Room and two porches was added and attached to an existing Summer House to the Main House, an addition was added to the front, and in 1999 an addition of a Sun Room and oversized three car garage was added.) 3. Removed 2 skylights which were improperly installed by a different contractor in 1999. 4. Replaced decking where necessary. 5. Legally disposed all old materials. 6. Properly flashed behind siding and adjacent shingles to eliminate leaks. (We had various leaks when we had heavy rains driven by high winds. 7. Installed new edge metal, vent collars, step flashing, 30# felt, Weather Guard bottom edges and valleys, six (6) nails per shingle (high wind pattern/hurricane), roof ridge vent, new chimney cap, new GAF Architectural shingles. 8. Provided 5 year contractors warranty and 30 years on materials.

+ -1 moreI contacted Rick Jackson Roofing in July and he kept saying he would be out next week, but next week never came so I decided to call Stan's Roofing based on the great review I saw. He was very busy and he said he couldn't be out for a week and that was great since I was waiting for months, but he made it down in 4 days. I will recommend Stan's roofing company to everyone!
