went well, gave an initial good review. since last year i've had salt damage to my driveway and cannot get anyone to come and look at it. I got one phone call back and that was it.........nobody ever came to see my problems I'm very disappointed !!!!

It went very well.......work was done in a very timely manner. Took about 3 days to complete all the work. I am very pleased with the work Dwight's crew did. My outdoor space went from drab to beautiful.....

Went to MULS on Friday to look at the Ductless Heat systems they had to offer. Talked to Martin (I think). I was already ready to purchase before we got there, but wanted the wife to see the unit before we decided. Decided on the New 9RLS2. I asked about turn around time, was told they could be there Monday 9:00 AM to install.... WOW I had to put a new porch on the front of the house (was in the works prior) over the weekend to allow for the install. Installers showed up early, which was a good thing, I had a plane to catch, wish I knew thieir names, they were very professional and helpful. We decided on the best location with their help and now have a new heating/cooling system. I am away but the Wife is happy so far.. I will recomend to friends and family...

Saw their add on TV about the product. Called them to discuss and agreed within a few days to have these instulled. The service crew showed up as scheduled and the instull went very well--haven't used the units much yet--mostly got for the air conditioning. Have used the heat a little and worked well.

We contacted company for a bid on ductless heat/air pumps. Staff very courteous and helpful. Provided bid very quickly. Had additional questions once we received the bid and called. Spoke with owner of company, he provided his personal email so that we may send him pics of our home layout. He responded very quickly to our email with his recommendations on what system would best suit our needs for the size of our home. We personally went to the store to view the product, again we were met with a great staff and again spoke to owner. He showed us the system and went over operations and warranty information. We then scheduled appointment for install of product. Installers showed up timely and got started. Installers were Zeth and Paul. Very professional and knowledgeable. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. Once install was complete they explained how to operate and how to use the various functions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I really like the great customer service and how the whole purchasing process was done.
