Working with VLD was an absolute pleasure from the first time I contacted them. The woman who took my calls was extremely nice. The owner was able to come out to the house on a Saturday as requested and completed the task without difficulty. The cost was even lower than what was quoted to me. He also took the time after he was done to give me an estimate on another job we were considering. We will be using VLD for all of our electrical needs from here on. Thank You!

Experience was great - Vito and his assistant arrived promptly. One tackled the basement project and the other replaced the bulbs. Did not waste any time - as I had the $99 - two hour special. Went to work immediately and continued until all was completed.

Always go we'll, they are professional and knowledgeable. If something can't be done, they explain why, and if it should wait, they are honest and reliable, always clean up after themselves , and on time, only electrical company I want in my home

Went very well. very professional, Spent a lot of time searching for cause of my lights flickering. Problem ended up being PP&L problem. They searched everywhere to be sure there was no problems with my electric wiring. Also knew that my grandson had just passed away from a car accident and was very compassionate . Would not hesitate to use them again.

All work was preformed professionally. One great thing that I really like with this company was that they actually described to me what they were doing while they were doing it. In a way it was teaching me how to do it which I was pleased with. The workers were very friendly and kind. All the work was done very neat and with good quality materials. Once the job service was completed the company took $100 off my bill. Not only did they do a great job, they also gave me a discount. I will definitely be using this company again for all my electrical needs.

Vito arrived on time, worked without stopping except for lunch. His work was very clean and done well. Vito was very polite, friendly and professional.

He did what other people said couldn't be done. He corrected the plug and saved me money, as I thought I may have to rewire my house or get a new dryer. The service was excellent and I was really pleased.

Arrived on schedule. I showed him both locations where I needed outlets. He and partner looked around and came up with a plan to add the outlets to house electrical. They went through the attic even though I told them a bat lived up there. They were brave. Job was completed in about two and a half hours.

They are a great company from start to finish. Have now used them twice and both times had expectional service. They are quick, show up when they say they will and were flexible on giving me an appointment time that worked with my work schedule. I definitely recommend them.

I found VLD Electric through Angies list . My call was handled professionally and an appointment was set up for the next morning. The gentlemen arrived at my home on time! They were extremely courteous and offer to wear disposable coverings over their shoes to avoid tracking any dirt onto my floors. They efficiently tested and diagnosed my electrical problems. They went above and beyond my expectations finishing the repairs quickly and even totally cleaning up after themselves. I was delighted to find the cost of my "emergency" repairs to be much less than I expected. I was able to put the charges on my Visa and my receipt was emailed to me immediately. I was so impressed with them, I brought several other small repairs to their attention and received an estimate (again much lower than I had expected). We made a 10:00 a.m. appointment for Wednesday to take care of the additional repairs. On Wednesday morning I received a courtesy call advising me they were running a little behind on another job and would be at my house at 1:00 p.m. They arrived at my house at exactly 1:00 p.m. Again they efficiently took care of all my repairs which included rewiring two ceiling lights inside, switches, installing new outside lights and rewiring both doorbells. (My house is an older home which tends to complicate any repairs.) They also checked and took care of some additional items which were not included in the original estimate. The evening before my appointment I discovered my grinder pump wasn't working. VLD checked it for my and was able to contact a repair person for me. When I received my invoice, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was well within the estimate and, again, much lower than I had anticipated considering the additional requests I had made while they were here. I received both a paper invoice and an email receipt immediately. I cannot rate VLD high enough for their professionalism, efficiency, promptness, and courtesy. In the future, I will use VLD for all my electrical work and recommend them highly to anyone for any electrical job -- big or small. All aspects of my entire experience with them was exceptional!

My experience with VLD Electric was fantastic. As stated previously I was having a difficult time finding an electrician to come out to install my ceiling fan. When I finally contacted VLD through a friend's referral, I was pleased to find out that they'd be happy to install it and assured me they had the equipment needed to reach difficult-to-reach places. Everyone was VERY courteous, from the receptionist to the electricians who came out for the installation. While they were there I asked if it would be possible to also have a dimmer light switch installed in my family room - NO PROBLEM! The workers were there at the appointed time, were extremely neat and pleasantly professional. Great experience from start to finish.
