It's always disappointing when a client outright lies just to avoid paying a bill. You were told specifically how much the call was going to cost prior to us dispatching a technician to your rental property, the same day as you calling the office! Our company repaired the problem AND did a service call check with your tenant the following day to make sure the service provided was done to their satisfaction; it was. When it came time to pay the amount you had been quoted, for 2 [Member Information Removed] months you ignored every attempt to collect on the services YOU, the [Member Information Removed], authorized. Our stellar reviews over multiple years speak for themselves, sir, and only go to prove you as a liar.

Description of Work: We had them here twice. The first time was to put outlets out by the roof so we could install those roof heating wires in areas where ice dams form. Another contractor wanted $535. We hired them again a week later to replace a broken electric baseboard heater.
