Vito called shortly after I entered my requirements. He was very detailed in explaining options and recommendations, and was professional in every manner during the initial house visit. He made us feel immediately comfortable. He followed through with a fair price and confirmed availability. He was easy to communicate with, technology savvy, trustworthy, and helpful. Vito was fantastic!!! Called rapidly gave me a reasonable estimated price range. I hired him on the phone and we made an appointment for him to come 3 days later at 2:00pm. Even though it poured the night before and he was doing outside work he called me on the day of the appointment to confirm and then showed up about 15 min. EARLY!!! Had the job done in an hour and the cost was well with in his price range. I am so glad we called and hired VLD Electric. Had we just gone with the first person we contacted the job would have cost us ALLOT MORE MONEY!!!. If you need electric CALL Vito at VLD Electric they are excellent!
