Had an appointment scheduled for two weeks, but they didn't show up. I called and they told me that they knew that I had an appointment but were not coming and "didn't get a chance to call." Very unprofessional.

Overall I have no complaints. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and they were affordable.

This place is HORRIBLE! We noticed our septic tank needed pumped on a Thursday, so we called and they told us they would be there after 11am on Friday..That was good news so we booked a room at the local hotel since we couldn't use our bathroom or water because of this issue..We got home Friday morning and Tops never showed up, we called them and they said the driver was running behind and he would be there for sure at around 2pm..4pm comes along and they never showed, we called yet again (not having a bathroom to use or a shower sucks!) she then tells us she can't reach the driver at all she doesn't know when he will arrive..They NEVER showed AT ALL..So we called around and Zelmore Brothers Septic Service was able to take care of us on Monday morning (Great Company, I highly recommend them and they were about $50 cheaper!) Monday night rolls around and we strangely get a call from Tops saying that he was running behind and couldn't come tonight but would pump our septic tank Tuesday..I not so politely told him that he was suppose to be there Friday and never showed so we got a better company to do it and it was already done...Horrible company

I have called on Top Septic twice now and both times I have been very pleased with their service. The first time, my toilet was backed up and I didn't know where the septic tank was. I had recently purchased the home. There was 3 feet of snow on the ground, so it was especially tough to locate. Top Septic came out and after drilling out the pipe (clogged from tree roots), they sent a GPS device down to locate the tank. He dug it up (snow, dirt, and all) and emptied the tank. The service was professional and quick. They could have charged me more, given my circumstances, but they were very fair in the price. I had them come out a 2nd time to empty my tank a few years later and received the same quality service. I highly recommend them.

Purchasing a new home that required a last minute septic tank check/inspection prior to closing. Top Septic was able to accommodate me so I could keep my closing schedule. JR was on time,professional and explained everything for the inspection. I would recommend Top Septic to anyone that needs septic tank inspection and pumping.
