Great customer service! Mario kept me informed about arrival times and progress of the job. Excellent use of cellphone camera to take pictures of the work that needed to be done and after completion pics of what they repaired. Quite professional!

M&D came to repair shingles that were missing or lifting from my roof. Mario called to let me know they were in their way.Mario explained everything that was going to be needed to fix my roof. They were straight forward, to the point and no hidden surprise costs at the completion of the job. They went above and beyond the call of duty. There were a few issues not visible from the ground. A few extra minutes of their time corrected the problems and gave me peace of mind . I will be calling them for any future jobs I may have. I definitely recommend them as people to do business with

I received a call back immediately for my leaky roof issue and they were at my house within the hour. They immediately began work and promptly found that issue as well as several others they said were going to eventually be a problem. Although we did not have the money right then, they did the work and accepted a post dated check for the additional work, which helped me considerably and gave me peace of mind to know those issues would not become bigger problems down the road. They were nice, respectful and so very prompt! Outstanding service. When I saw the leak the night before, I expected a great deal of time consuming wait and aggravation but this company really took the reins and got it done within just a few hours. Very impressed.

I called Mario on a Saturday morning after discovering a leak late Friday night. He happily offered to come out right away, but I was going out of town for the night. So, instead, he came out ON A SUNDAY morning! Fixed my issue in a few hours time, as well as some other minor things that likely could have caused problems down the road. After having three different companies out to find the leak on my roof, which they did not find, only tarred it or whatever they did, I found Mario!! He showed up within a half hour. He went right up on the roof and was there for a while and when he was finished inspecting the roof he was confident he could solve the problem. Left to get the materials he needed and was back in a flash! Very nice man, thorough and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have had Mario fix the roof problem, was beginning to think it was impossible!! It has rained several times and no leaks!! Once again Mario, thank you so much!!
