I was inquiring about a step in shower stall. The person had no idea what a "step in" shower stall was. His demeanor was rude and he finally hung up on me.

The job went well. This company is reliable, responsive, and very professional. We have used their services for many home improvement projects and we will use their services again.

Excellent Service
Description of Work: I have a thirty year old mobile home that I wanted to replace the windows. I contacted Fay West and they came immediately and measured my windows. Two days later they gave me estimates for regular aluminum windows and vinyl thermopane windows. I went with the thermopane argon gas windows. I wanted them installed in April because of less bugs being around. It rained just about everyday that month but everytime there was a break in the rain they immediately came and installed as many windows as they could. I had a total of eleven windows installed. They were professional and polite. Highly recomend Fay-West.
