Three-man team arrived and got right to work. The product is sprayed through a hose from a tank in the back of their truck. They protected the house and garage doors from overspray. Explained the process. Worked quickly. 1800 sq ft driveway, no repairs needed, took 30-40 minutes. Happy with the results. Thank you.

I hold excellent ratings only for the times where I felt that the work or task completed exceeded my expectations. This would be one of those rare times. The Angie's List deal price easily fit my budget. The workers arrived as scheduled. I happened to be home with a day off from my work. The foreman introduced himself with a firm handshake, introduced his co-worker and took the time in the blaring heat wave of mid July to explain exactly what their work entailed. Wow-how professional. They did the work exactly as described in the contract in a non-hurried, but deliberate manner. Our roughly 900 square foot driveway was coated with a deep, rich and dark looking spray that had our ancient driveway that, admittedly, should be replaced, looking like new. Afterwards, they cleaned up their gear and staked a caution tape across the driveway entrance. And then, the perfect conclusion to a job well done: they took the time and asked me to inspect their work and asked if there was anything more they could do. The foreman explained curing time and when OK to use the driveway and expected their work to keep the driveway surface in good shape for another 2 or 3 years. This was an ideal business transaction and I would tell you plainly to hire Robert Stanley Asphalt Maintenance.

guys did a great job. completed the sealing of my driveway Wednesday. They did a great job and so glad I chose them. Not a worry about material going anywhere but intended driveway. Guys were very professional. Prior to work being done I mentioned having the driveway sealed and several wanted to know what I thought of the job. Easy and reasonably priced. They also provided a volume discount for referrals to neighbors. Only very minor complaints about one month lead time and some asphalt sealant getting on lawn and sidewalk, but that’s being highly critical. Overall A performance.

We scheduled to have the driveway sealed and agreed on a date for the service. in the middle of the afternoon we received a call stating that they could not make it. we then rescheduled for later in the week and the same thing happened again. We were about to go through this same problem again and cancelled the service. That was 2 days that we had to get the cars out of the garage, clear off the driveway and wait until the end of the day for a service that never happened. take my advice and go somewhere else I guess they don't need the business

I had my driveway originally coated in the Summer of 2016. I called within 30 days to voice my concerns that even though I waited 3-4 days before driving on it and we had beautiful hot weather, there were tire marks and areas of the driveway where the coating material was breaking down. I was told to give it a little time to settle, waited until near the end of the summer and was told by Vince to wait over the Winter and if needed, they would come back and repair areas that were deteriorating. Needless to say, after multiple calls and promises to make things right, they never came back. The last time I called in August 2017, I was instructed to email pictures of the driveway, some of which I have provided in this review. The pictures are representative of multiple areas of the driveway that are damaged. I followed up the email/pictures with 2 more phone calls to Vince, he indicated a work order was on the desk and someone would be out in the next week or so to perform repair work. No one ever phoned or came to my home. The price for the work was reasonable, but they essentially destroyed my driveway with inferior products. Responsiveness and professionalism rating was an "F" for the customer service I received after the work was done and no service after the sale. Would never recommend nor use their services again.

Went well, just not complete flexibility with scheduling the day. They were very good at communicating to me that I ha to agree to a specific date when they had other jobs in the area, or wait until an unknown date that could be scheduled with other jobs in the area. It was very reasonable, just not as flexible as I would have preferred. Still an A and I would use them again.

They misplaced my order for a month until I called to follow up. After that they were very conscientious about scheduling and letting me know about anticipated weather delays. I am very pleased with the result at this time, although time will tell.
