John Kline Septic Services

Sad story. I called John Kline Septic to repair an issue with my septic's aerator system. The tech arrived and said that he couldn't work on it, as it was proprietary and that if he touched it, the warranty would be void. I would have been nice if they had asked a few up front questions before coming onsite, because they charged me for a site visit just to give me a phone number to call another company. Maybe John Kline Septic does a great job for most customers, but this consumer was extremely dissatisfied.

OK, but the technician said he hit mud in the overflow tank and stopped pumping it. It wasn't mud, but impacted waste. This was a major factor in the problems we were having with the system. We were already in the process of having the system repaired.

..I called in the morning and the very same day, John's son came in the afternoon. He called and left me know he would be there approx. 45 minutes. He arrived I think a little earlier. Keaton Kline, was very courteous, helpful and very efficient. He explained everything he was doing and took his time to do the best thorough cleaning that we have ever had. Another company never took their time to get this job done right. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and relatives that may need this service. As I told him, you have a new customer!!! We were extremely pleased with everything from setting the appointment to the final job. Glad there are some great service people left!!! Thank You!! My sister mentioned Angie's List and said how great it was, so today was the first time I have ever used it, in fact I signed up today! Thank you for a very pleasant experience helping get us our first service person.
