Wonderful. Shawn showed up on time. (I have a mobile home and water heater is in a closet) Shawn took out the old heater and rotted floor, and fixed the access door to fit-no opening at the bottom. He put in a new shut off by the water heater so i do not have to go under the house to shut off. He cleaned up everything including the floor. Shawn even brought his own raqgs. The last plumber did not even bring a hose to empty the heater.( It has to be drained outside). This was the best service ever. We have hard water so water heaters do not last. The master plumber drained so waster on the floor so he found a piece of wood in my closet and shoved it under the heater because the floor was soggy. Shawn Erb should be on your list. He does building and remodeling.

Shawn did a fantastic job! He is a very detail oriented craftsman, and it shows. He told us when he would be here, approximately how long it would take to complete, and he was right on target, as the job was done very efficiently.

First off, this gentleman that runs this company only works a 6 hour day with a lunch and is very privy. I was dissatisfied as when he installed the tub surround it ended up being 2 different shades and looked awful. He refused to come back and fix the problem when I made him aware of it. This gentleman was here when he said he would be, but do to his labor rate and his refusal to meet my specifications, I feel that he is not worth the money he charges.
