Description of Work: They stored our furniture for 4 months. Everything was delivered in good condition.

Description of Work: "The estimator arrived at my house on time and was very informative about the costs and process of moving. She explained how difficult (large/fragile) pieces would be handled and gave packing tips. The scheduling coordinator was very friendly and helpful. She responded promptly with information when we thought we might have to delay the move because of a closing change. | |On moving day, the team arrived on time and were very professional. They were friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. They immediately noted any marks on the furniture or walls caused by movers. There were very few issues, but they reported them immediately and did not try to cover-up or hide anything. In my opinion, the marks were not an issue, but it was nice that they pointed them out. Their return from lunch was timely. Their professionalism and friendliness continued through a very hot and humid day. They facilitated an extra stop where an extremely heavy piece (approx. 300 lbs+) of furniture was dropped off. At our new home, they delivered and placed each piece of furniture as requested. They also carried requested items to a basement storage unit. The entire job was finished within 30 minutes of the estimated time. I couldn't be happier with their service and would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks."
