We needed large items/furniture moved from old home to new home storage and house. The guys were awesome! They showed up on time. Were very professional. They also move some items to the garage so we could easily have them picked up for donation. We had a piano moved into our new house and they were very careful not to damage anything. We were extremely please with their professionalism and their willingness to go the extra mile. We would definitely use them again. I would also like to mention that the office staff, that I communicated with, were very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with, before, during and after the move.

The movers arrived on time. Packed up everything in the house. Did an amazing job. Then really efficiently moved us into our new house. It could not have been an easier process. And, most amazingly of all, the total cost came in under the estimate!

Each of the staff members that I dealt with were very helpful, starting with providing an estimate for the move through to bringing the last box into my new home. The day before I received a call letting me know when they expected to arrive and they were right on time. They took great care in protecting both residences and my belongings while at the same time working very efficiently. I especially appreciated the suggestions made for placement of my furniture and the set up of my bed.

This was the first time we have used a mover. I am no longer able to do the lifting and carrying so we decided to use someone to do it for us. The representative showed up exactly on time to provide us with the estimate. Their office was very helpful when we had to reschedule. We were called several days before the move with the time the truck would show up and it arrived on time. The men worked very hard and had us loaded moved and unloaded in less time than was estimated. There was not a scratch on any item. I can not say enough for this GREAT company or for their SUPER GREAT crew that for the first time in my life made a household move a pleasure and not something to dread.

Could not be better, arrived on time, prepared and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently and completed everything we requested. We are very pleased and would hire them again, although we hope not to need them.

7011 Terrible!! Do not used Tri-state or Mayflower. LOADING Camp Hill, PA Smoked while loading. Used temporary help. Not Mayflower employees. Drug a metal desk across our newly refinished floors. Generally poor treatment of our items. UNLOADING Santa Fe, NM Placed my cherry china cabinet in the snow. They couldn't handle the item. Ihis wouldn't have happened, if they were experienced movers One of the temps was 18 years old. Treated our items with no respect. Expected us to carry the boxes from the garage (they stacked them there) to the proper room in our house. Damage to our items came to $3,000.00. They lost 2 of our boxes. Mayflower refuses to reinburse us for the lost items. Unprofessional, inexperienced, no regard for others possessions. Careless. Difficult to work with

The experienced estimator Paul Treier provided an estimate at 7000# (twice) when the actual weight was 5600#. That meant an extra (1400# X .78 per pound) $1092.00 was added to the bill. Paul understood that we were packing our goods and yet we understood he company was packing the goods. Matt, the 15 yr veteran driver, was slow and shakey. He and his companion that helped packed the goods took all of my clothes that were on hangers and took them off the hangers. Why? Then Matt was scheduled to deliver on Monday. When I called him on Monday afternoon to see why I hadn't received any phone call of an update, he said that the "helper" wasn't available until after 5pm. so it would be best to wait until Tuesday morning. He would deliver at 8am. When Tuesday at 8:20 am arrived and no Matt, I called again. And he said he was on his way. He arrived about 8:40am. Matt had a hard time backing into the drive way depite it being huge. Instead of staying in the middle of the drive an leaving 3 feet on each side of the vehicle, he backed right into the barbed wire fence and then got stuck. My neighbor had to get his tractor our to pull out Matt's truck. Luckily, the fence wasn't broken, but there are two big ditches in the drive where he spun his wheels. My husband had put blue painters tape on each item that was to go into storage since he would not be on site at delivery. For some reason, Matt and his partner pulled all but one piece of blue tape off and then feigned no knowledge of the blue tape. Again why? Then we come to Bert of Armstrong Moving and Storage (Round Rock Texas)who was Matt's helper at delivery. He was very pleasant and hard working, it seemed. I have a sewing maching valued at $2000 USED. Bert took it inside the house. The side drawers must have spilled because they were all jumbled. I thought it was odd that when Bert returned to the truck that he reached into his pocket and looked at something and then threw it over by the oak tree. What could that have been? It was an expensive quilting foot to go on my sewing machine. Why would you throw it over under the oak tree? We found it the next day, broken. Then after counting off the boxes, 2 dishpacks were missing. Matt said "that was his inventory". I said who wrote the items on the inventory? Matt said he did, so how does that make it my husband's inventory? Anyway, Matt said there were only 8 dishpaks on the trailer but the inventory listed 11, and nothing was missing. Huh? And finally, because Paul didn't listen to us when we explained that they were to pack the items and estimate accordingly, we end up paying more- less than $100 more but still more for this lousy service. Oh when I complained the Paul didn't listen to our conversations (his and mine) that specifically talked about them packing, he said it was my fault and not his. No apologies. No consideration there was a possibility that he erred. It was all my fault. I haven't opened all my boxes yet because of lack of time, but I'm sure that I will find more problems based on what I have found so far. I do not recommend anyone using this group again.

Two movers were on time, careful with my belongings. Wrapped and padded the furniture I requested. They were courteous and made me feel at ease with the move. Cost was just slightly over quoted amount but definitely reasonable. I'd definitely use again.

They were able to schedule us in the time frame that we wanted and showed up on time. Nothing broke or was damaged and they were able to fit all of our large furniture in and out with respective ease. My only concern was that one of our neighbors in our apartment building had a small dog that was barking due to the noise and activity in the hallway and the movers did not conceal their annoyance with the dog at all. They openly joked about how to get it to shut up and did not refrain from using foul language in the process. In my opinion, the dog wasn't being nearly as annoying as they were being about it and I was almost embarrassed at times just hoping that my neighbors weren't home or weren't listening.

They did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable.

Moving guys were great. Very friendly and professional and even got the move completed a day earlier then expected. Could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Very Well, Everything was moved efficiently and quickly. The service was courteous and friendly at all times. I would highly recommend them and would use them if I ever moved again.

They were incredible. Everything arrived in Chicago in tip-top shape. Their office staff is excellent and really met our needs. The driver/movers were willing to work with us and did an amazing job.

This was a cross country move from PA to Denver, Colorado and they did a great job all around. I would definitely recommend them!

The men who loaded the truck and unloaded it were very friendly and professional. I was pleased with the quality of their work for the most part. They had to call in an extra man for the unload because they were completely overwhelmed with the size of the move. They showed me that the estimator had put down 139 pieces total to be moved. The van driver, who said he had more than 15 years of experience, estimated that there were over 300 pieces in the move. The estimator, who came out to my home and was very friendly and seemed very professional, had not even put the king size bed from the master bedroom on the estimate that he turned in. To make a long story short, the original estimate was under $900 and the final bill was over $1200. Admittedly, this being a local move, they explained that they could not guarantee the price. However, an underestimate of close to 50% is a pretty big error in estimating judgment. At the advice of the driver, I contacted the company early in the day of the move to explain that the driver felt the move had been underestimated badly. I could tell that he felt very badly about what he knew was coming my way. I called the company and got the inside assistant for the estimator on the phone. She had the estimator call me back, but all he would say is "tell them to work faster." These guys were hustling, and he estimated 3 men for 5 hours plus travel time of an hour. It took them closer to 7-1/2 hours, and that was having a 4th man come help with the unload. As I said, they did a reasonably good job handling the furniture and the boxes. I'm still a bit perturbed at spending about 40-45% more than estimated for the move. I would think twice before using them again.

Carol was on time. Went through every nook and cranny in the house to give us a very accurate quote to move. Very professional and very personable. She is a huge asset to that company, gave us the exact quote before she left.

Dan was very professional and courteous and reached out to me immediately upon request on May 16th. I requested a quote for a move (and I specified I would only entertain estimates for a move date of June 10th), and he was scheduled to meet wtih me 5/23 (today) at 11:00a to provide a quote. He called me this morning (5/23) at 8:30a and asked now if I was flexible to move the date. I indicated no and he said they were now booked through June 13th and they couldn't accommodate my request to do the move on June 10th. I am disappointed and I realize my job is not as big as some others; none the less would have like to have known up front that they wouldn't be able to complete the job on that specific date.

We were very happy with them. I thought their prices were reasonable. We got a quote from them, but it took less time than what they had estimated. I was pleasantly surprised when they charged us less because they had allowed for like two hours but didn't need all of it, so we were very happy with that. They were very careful with everything and very efficient getting it from the old place into the new place. They were very professional. The guy who came out to give us the estimate spent some time with us and asked us some questions. They called us right back and we set up our meeting in within a day or two. He drove up, estimated it for us, and we signed a contract. They were there ten minutes before they were due to start, so we started right on time.

Dan came and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and I appreciate the company's use of technology. He was able to use an estimator ap on on iPad and emailed me the full estimate before he even walked out of our house! The other local company that we got an estimate from did the old fashioned pen and paper, "we'll get back to you with an estimate in a few days" routine. Dan was also the one who followed up with me directly with a phone call a few days later to see if I had any questions. He was informative and helpful but not pushy. We talked back and forth about a couple of items on the estimate and came to an agreement about services. He answered my questions patiently and honestly. I really liked dealing with him. The "other" local company sent an estimator who never even called us back after being there. A nice woman from the company did follow up for them, but I felt like the estimator came and did his "schtick", left and didn't really worry about what happened after that. I was actually surprised that, although I did not choose the other company (Groff) that they didn't even call to see if we were using them for the move or not. Guess they have enough business to keep them occupied, so more power to them. Even the first interaction I had on the phone with Tri State moving I felt that they were glad to hear from me and I felt like they were interested in having my business. The moving crew arrived (40 minutes late), and were very, very kind, caring and professional. They kept stressing that if we had any questions at any time to ask them. They were easy to work with and did a great job. Dan was the crew leader (another Dan!) and did a great job. They were very careful with our things. Very important to us (and we have not had as much success with other movers on this) is that our furniture was REASSEMBLED properly when it arrived at the new place. There was one small issue of putting a small hole in the ceiling drywall with a four poster bed, and they handled that beautfully. They had repair person contact us right away to come make the fix. Small accidents happen; it's how they are handled that is the important part, and they handled it very gracefully. The coordinator from the office was on the phone with me before the day was done to make arrangements. She was great, too. Dan, Dan, John and Bill . . . thanks for making this move as painfree as a move can be.

The move went great. I was a nervous wreck up to the day the packers came. After meeting them and watching them work for a little while, I was calm, cool and collected from that day through the day my belongings arrived at my new home and was unloaded.

I worked for a company that had Treier's move them to the following location. A 4-story office building was packed up and moved to this new location with incredible professionalism and speed. Nothing was damaged and the move was painless for employees. In addition I have known the Treiers through school sports since 1978. They are truthful, dependable people who run their business with the same character. I don't know what was paid but I do know the person contracting with them would have checked all possibilities. I will find out in the near future what their prices are as I will contact them with my upcoming move.

Excellent move with no damage and no problems whatsoever. These guys are pro's but the price won't kill your wallet.

The workmen were very nice and professional. They seemed to provide the most for what I was paying. There was a spot on top of an armoire that appears to have had something used to cover up the scratches on it. I have tried to contact them multiple times to see what was used so that I can get it off. I really liked the son, Stephen. He did a fine job. The entire process was fine except for finding out what was used to cover the scratches that were there prior to the move.

Movers (Dan, Bill and Dave) arrived promptly. They were courteous and very efficient. Everything was moved quickly and without damage, and they were very respectful of our belongings and our premises. Every aspect of dealing with this business was top notch. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.
