He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

"The replacement started out fine. The quality of the work is relatively good. He did replace the deck flooring but there is an area that needs support that he did not place any. He was supposed to order deck railing for us and come back and install it but after contacting him and telling him what color of railing we would like, he did not contact us any further and did not finish the deck. We are now left with a deck and no railing."

They fit us into their busy schedule even though it was a relatively small job (two damaged areas one about 4' x 4' and another about 1' square). The job required several visits to allow coats to dry, etc. and they were always courteous and accommodating. Very pleasant and professional people to work with, and we plan to hire them again, if they are available, to do a bathroom renewal for us. They did quality work. Highly recommended and reasonably priced."
