+ -1 moreCalled to get a price on repairing harwood floors where we had heaters and closet tracks removed. Called the evening of Oct 30 my wife spoke to a represenative who at first told her the best thing to do was rip entire floor up and relace it. When my wife told him that wasn't a option.He said he would call me back that night...he would be in our area the next day..He never called that night or the next day. Not reliable at all. Would not recommend. If this is the start what would the entire process be?

+ -1 moreI HAD HARDWOOD FLOORS WHICH I COVERED WITH CARPETING; I WANTED TO GO BACK TO HARDWOOD FLOORS; A PREVIOUS OWNER HAD DRILLED HOLES IN THE FLOOR TO PUT HEAT VENTS IN FROM A WOOD STOVE IN THE BASEMENT.AND THERE WERE OTHER BOARDS THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED; THERE WERE ALSO STAINS IN THE WOOD. THIS COMPANY CAME ,GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ,REPAIRED THE HOLES WITH THE SAME WOOD AS THE FLOOR; &SANDED OUT THE STAINS & REFINISHED THE FLOOR.. IT IS LIKE I HAD A BRAND NEW FLOOR INSTALLED. THESE GUY'S WORK FROM THE TIME THEY COME TILL THEY LEAVE WITH ONLY A LUNCH BREAK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY IS GREAT; I HAD BIG HOLES IN MY FLOOR AND WHEN THE FLOOR WAS REPAIRED YOU WOULD NOT EVEN KNOW THEY WERE THERE; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
