William Braun is a pure professional. Friendly and thoughtful customer service. He fixed a patch of my roof shingles that blew away in a wind storm. He made time to come out earlier than planned to ensure I had a fixed roof before a big snow. I will use him again for sure. Highly recommend.

He explained everything he was going to do when he came for estimate. Once I signed contract he got back to me in a reasonable time and set up day. William was very professional and customer friendly and explained what needed to be done and I would definitely use him again.

I had a 3 1/2 year old roof that was partially destroyed by vultures. Mr. Braun came and looked at my place on a Saturday morning and later that day I had an estimate. He sent me pictures of the damage, and I knew exactly what he was going to do. The work was done promptly and in a timely manner, and he showed me pictures of the finished work. Very professional to deal with, obviously knows what heâ s doing. Will definitely use him again if I have to. All the paperwork was handled by text including PDF files. Very easy to read and understand and accept his contract. A five star rating is obviously not high enough .

William did an excellent job. We needed repairs to our roof, and some other things. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate, gave us an honest assessment of our issues, and explained them in detail. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. He did the work well, quickly, and efficiently. We would use him again in the future.

Our family had to travel for the holiday and we thought we might have to cancel all our plans, but William got back to us right away and told us he could assess and complete all the work while we were gone ,while keeping in constant contact with us about what was going on with our roof.
