Arrived on time great quick repair Friendly and informative would hire again

We were in a panic because a huge piece of siding was hanging due to our bad wind storm. It was flinging very hard into our window. A big wind and rain storm is predicted to be coming again tomorrow night (Easter). And we were afraid there would be more wind and rain damage from that storm. Through Home Advisor, I called Braun General Contracting on Friday night, and early on Saturday morning they came out and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. We never expected to get such quick service on this holiday weekend, and are so grateful. William was extremely courteous and could not have been more professional and helpful, He took the time to fully answer a bunch of our questions. He even checked our roof without being asked to. We are elderly, disabled, and living on Social Security. We feared what damage could be done to our home and how much this could all cost. What a relief to be feeling ok now on both counts. Thank you, Braun! Use this company!

Mr Braun was very knowledgeable and quick to respond with an estimate. He did a good job coating the roof. Mr Braun went above my expectations by giving me some good advise on taking care of my roof and what to look for. The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been more prompt communication from Mr Braun to confirm the date and time.

Mr. Braun was quick and knowledgeable with my roofing estimate. Even after I delayed the repairs he was extremely responsive when I got back in touch, and was able to complete the job within a week.

I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon and he replied in less than a half hour. We made arrangements for him to visit on Monday. He arrived on time and inspected my entire roof for possible problems and took pictures of all suspicious areas. After discussing solutions and price, he went to work and within a short time he was done. He took pictures of all work done to show me. Completed work looked very professional.
