Braun General Contracting was able to repair the roof leak and saved 10K of unnecessary work another contractor insisted upon. I placed an inquiry for a roofing repair when I had an active water leak. William promptly contacted me and was able to come out the next day to evaluate the issue. He thoroughly explained in laymanâ s terms what was going on with my roof, siding, flashing, etc and what would need to be done in order to fix it. He also took the time to point out future things to pay attention to so that we can adequately address them in a timely manner. William was able to complete the work within a few days. Excellently priced and he never once tried to sell me work that didnâ t need done. Prior to my experience with William, I had several roofing companies come out for estimates regarding my repairs. One company tried to tell me I needed 2/3 of my roof replaced and quoted me over $10,000 worth of work - which I in fact did not need! If you want an honest, hard-working, quality contractor, William is your man. Top notch customer service, kindness, work ethic and quality. I couldnâ t have asked for better experience. William was punctual for the estimate. After reviewing the roof issue (inside and out) he clearly detailed the issue and the repair steps. On repair day he was right on time.
