I had a 3 1/2 year old roof that was partially destroyed by vultures. Mr. Braun came and looked at my place on a Saturday morning and later that day I had an estimate. He sent me pictures of the damage, and I knew exactly what he was going to do. The work was done promptly and in a timely manner, and he showed me pictures of the finished work. Very professional to deal with, obviously knows what heâ s doing. Will definitely use him again if I have to. All the paperwork was handled by text including PDF files. Very easy to read and understand and accept his contract. A five star rating is obviously not high enough .

Our family had to travel for the holiday and we thought we might have to cancel all our plans, but William got back to us right away and told us he could assess and complete all the work while we were gone ,while keeping in constant contact with us about what was going on with our roof. William came shortly after we called him with a roofing issue that was causing leaks. He examined the roof and gave us a detailed description of the various issues he saw. We hired him on the spot and he completed the repairs immediately. He took before and after pictures up on the roof so that he could show us exactly what fixes he implemented and explain why. We greatly appreciated his extensive knowledge on roofing and his attention to detail. We would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again in the future.

William was very easy to talk to. He walked me through the problem areas of my roof and chimney I was having and how he could repair the damage. He was very good with his trade. I highly recommend him as he was very professional and did not rush the job! He also pointed out areas to keep an eye out for down the road so I would not be surprised.
