William was very nice and repaired the issue on new years day, even though it was not required.

I would recommend WM Braun to anyone. The whole experience start to finish was great. From the beginning, they did a great job explaining what repairs needed to happen and gave me a couple of options. They even ended up taking a couple of hindered dollars off because the damage wasn’t as far up as they anticipated. I will Definitely hire this company in the future for other projects

Responded very promptly. He took the time to fully evaluate the conditions and explained what needed to be (and didn't need to be) done.

Because my neighbors were all getting new roofs, I assumed I needed one as well. Had Braun check out roof and they could have easily said I needed a new one, and I wouldn't have known any better, but they didn't. They told me I didn't need a new roof, but did need a little work done. They explained everything in detail and told me what to do to maintain the roof going forward. I knew they were honest when they didn't try to sell me a new roof. I appreciate the honesty in today's world. They also got the fixes completed very quickly. Thirty saved me thousands of dollars by not having to get a new roof and they were extremely nice to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone!! Debbie Grier

i was very happy that William was able to respond so promptly .He not only checked the repairs I needed done but he checked my roof for any other problems there might be. He took photos and explained what needed to be done so I was able to understand what need to be done and the work was completed in one day.I would not hesitate to call on him again .

He truful about the work and he did not over charge and fix some other things that I did not know about that others did not tell me but he did and did work for what he said and on a timely mater

Contacted me very shortly after using HomeAdvisor. He evaluated the situation in detail and then spent a great deal of time explaining the problems and the suggestions solutions along with a quote for the work. After accepting the quote he began the work and came back several days to finish all the work. He explained in detail what he was going to do and then after finishing explained exactly what he did. He offered advise on other things he saw while he was doing his work. He did an excellent job on all the various issues he worked on. I have never had a better experience with a contractor than I did with him and have no hesitation in highly recommending him. I will be using him for more work in the future.

Came out the next day seemed to have good knowledge on roofing and repairs. Repair the same day.

He was fantastic and dealt with our budget flawlessly. Explained everything about what he was doing and asked permission for everything he had to do it was fantastic.

This is the first time ever that I have used Home Advisor. Mr. Braun called me within an hour of my submission and was very helpful in the first 10 minutes of our conversation. He was prompt and responsive when he provided me with a quote for the work. My Father needed roof repair and he came to look at the Job the next day! Within 2 weeks my Father's roof was repaired. I honestly thought we would have to wait much longer because of all the rain we have had this summer. He gave me a candid and good explanation of what the problem was and took the time to explain my Father's options. He fit my Father's job in on a Saturday! I was very surprised and pleased. I would highly recommend Mr. Braun to anyone for home repair services.

William was down to earth and honest. Very nice guy. He was able to repair my roof in short notice and provided advice on proper roof maintenance. I would highly recommend.

A genuine company, hard working people doing the job right the first time. I am so happy with them I have them on my favorite contractor list and in my cell phone and everywhere else I can find to remind me of their company. They diagnosed my issue before even seeing it and were 100% correct. Very clean, very prompt, excellent workmanship at the top of the contractor list. Great work and thank you for helping me resolved this issue of a leaking roof vent. They checked my entire roof and found 2 other issues that were not obvious. They told me they do it right so they do not have to come back for the same issue. I am a believer in William Braun General Contracting. The best!!!!!

Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable contractor that makes sure the customer understands their options. Very prompt and excellent communication from start to finish. Pricing very competitive and passed savings on labor/materials to me which lowered the price to be more affordable. Being a recent widow I am very skeptical of hiring contractor's. Home Advisor made it easy and matched me with the perfect contractor for this repair. Even went the extra mile to remove dead tree limb that was stuck and would have required me to climb a ladder to remove. Highly recommend this contractor and will definitely use them to replace my roof in a couple of years.
