I totally appreciated that he called me back same day (on a Saturday afternoon) as the weather was going to change and we were to have rain and we probably would of had a lot more problems. I had a piece of ridge vent blow off my roof. I found Braun Contracting. The responded and showed up almost immediately. They gave me two estimates. One for a quick fix and one for a more permanent fix. I oped for complete replacement of my ridge vents for $3000. The promised to do it within 3 days and did it. The did some extra work and did not charge me for it. I was VERY pleased.

William Braun came out within a day to provide an estimate, and was back three days later (because it was right before weekend). He provided several options, and didn't want us spending more money than we had too. Very friendly and easy to work with. It hasnt rained very hard since he did the work, so unsure yet if what he did has solved the problem. But all in all I found him good to work with

It's hard to find people this good around here. They were fantastic! Everything was explained and shown to me in a way I could understand, (not shop talk I can't follow!) They came on time, and got the job done well.

William was very nice and repaired the issue on new years day, even though it was not required.

I would recommend WM Braun to anyone. The whole experience start to finish was great. From the beginning, they did a great job explaining what repairs needed to happen and gave me a couple of options. They even ended up taking a couple of hindered dollars off because the damage wasn’t as far up as they anticipated. I will Definitely hire this company in the future for other projects
